A control unit is provided with a step-down unit which causes a system voltage of each phase of a system to step down, a voltage pulse signal generation unit which generates a voltage pulse signal of each phase that was stepped down by the step-down unit, a current pulse signal generation unit which generates a current pulse signal of each phase of the system, a zero crossing point detection unit which outputs time information of a zero crossing point of the system voltage and the system current of each phase based on the voltage pulse signal and the current pulse signal of each phase of the system, and an arithmetic unit which calculates, respectively, a value of active power and a value of reactive power of AC power output by the power conditioner to the system based on the time information of the zero crossing point of the system voltage and the system current of each phase of the system provided from the zero crossing point detection unit, and thereby controls the power conditioner.

An aggregation control system for adjusting electric power between a plurality of facilities via a mobile storage battery apparatus, wherein each of the plurality of facilities includes a control apparatus that controls charging and discharging of the mobile storage battery apparatus, and the aggregation control system includes a server apparatus coupled to each control apparatus; and wherein the server apparatus: creates a charge-discharge condition for the mobile storage battery apparatus on the basis of management information for electric power demand and supply at a specified facility among the plurality of facilities; compares a charge-discharge request to a control apparatus of the specified facility with the charge-discharge conditions; and issues a command to the control apparatus to charge or discharge the mobile storage battery apparatus according to a result of the comparison.

A radiant wall burner which is designed to be mounted on a wall of a radiant-type furnace such as an ethylene decomposing surface has a fuel supply tube defining a fuel supply passage for a fuel which may be a gaseous fuel and provided with a fuel outlet nozzle, and an air supply tube combined with the fuel supply tube so as to provide a double-tube structure such that one of the fuel supply tube and the air supply tube constitutes an inner tube while the other constitutes an outer tube, the air supply tube defining an air supply passage for combustion air separate from the fuel supply passage and having an air outlet which opens towards the core region of the radiant-type furnace. The burner apparatus further has a plate disposed so as to oppose the air outlet of the air supply tube thereby to deflect the flow of combustion air form the air outlet in the radial directions.
