Motor unit for motor incorporating roller, geared motor, and method for manufacturing the same

Provided are a motor unit and a conveyance device. In a motor unit having a motor portion and a gear portion, the motor portion is formed by accommodating a most part of a drive motor in a housing member. The gear portion is formed by arranging at least a part of a drive gear and a plurality of small gear portions in a space surrounded by an inner tooth train portion, and the plurality of small gear portions is positioned around the drive gear in the space. Each of the plurality of small gear portions meshes with one of the drive gear and the inner tooth train portion, and each of the plurality of small gear portions rotates by rotation of the drive gear. At least a part of the gear portion is at a position overlapping the motor portion in plan view.

Motor unit and conveyance device

A discharge device is constructed so that, when conveyance destinations for a preceding conveyed object and a closely spaced succeeding conveyed object are different, the objects can be conveyed without stopping the conveyance of the succeeding conveyed object. The device has: a) discharge members that extend and retract between a plurality of conveying bodies in a main conveying conveyor, come into contact with a conveyed object when the discharge members extend between the conveying bodies, and impart a conveying force to the conveyed object, the force being in a direction different from that of the conveying bodies; b) a base member that supports the discharge members; and c) a and base swinging unit that swings the base member. By swinging the base member, it is possible to make the discharge members on the upstream side and the downstream side in the conveyance direction individually extend and retract between the conveying bodies.

Conveyed-object discharge device

The objective is to develop a conveying device and a conveyer device having high conveying efficiency and high reliability when an article is transferred to a conveyer line with different height. Branching units () of a lower-level side conveyer line () and an upper-level side conveyer line () are connected to an inclined connection conveyer line (). The branching unit () has a sub conveying passage () for conveying an article () in the same direction as a conveying direction of the connection conveyer line (). The sub conveying passage () has a lifting and lowering motor-incorporating roller () and cams (). When the lifting and lowering motor-incorporating roller () is driven, the cams () rotate, and the sub conveying passage () is connected to the connection conveyer line () in an inclined attitude. As a result, the article () can move between the lower-level side conveyer line () and the upper-level side conveyer line () via the connection conveyer line ().

Transportation device and conveyor device

A transfer device including a main conveyor part having a first conveying surface and a subsidiary conveyor part having a second conveying surface and arranged at the same area as the main conveyor part, the main conveyor part being designed to convey an article placed on the first conveying surface in one conveying direction, the subsidiary conveyor part being designed to convey an article placed on the second conveying surface in another direction transverse to the conveying direction of the main conveyor part, the main conveyor part and/or the subsidiary conveyor part being a roller conveyor having rollers, at least one of the rollers being a braking roller equipped with a brake, and the brake being designed to prevent the article from proceeding at least to the direction transverse to the conveying direction of the roller conveyor by a frictional force acting between the article and the braking roller.
