A binding machine includes a wire feeder, a curl forming part, a cutter, and a binding part configured to twist the wire wound on the object and cut by the cutter. The binding part includes a wire locking body to which the wire is locked; a rotating shaft configured to operate the wire locking body; and a wire holding part including a first member and a second member. The wire holding part is configured to bend the wire wound on the object in an axial direction of the rotating shaft by the relative movement of the first member and the second member approaching each other, and to hold the wire. The cutter is provided in a wire feeding path between the wire feeder and the wire holding part, and is configured to cut the wire after the wire is held by the wire holding part.

Binding machine

A binding machine includes a wire feeding unit, a binding unit, a curl guide and an inductive guide. The inductive guide has a converging passage through which the wire fed by the wire feeding unit and curled by the curl guide passes, and a cross-sectional area of the converging passage decreases along an entry direction of the wire from an opening end portion that the wire enters. The inductive guide has an entry angle regulation part configured to change an entry angle of the wire entering the converging passage, and the inductive guide is provided on an inner side with respect to a virtual line interconnecting the opening end portion and a narrowest part of the converging passage at which the cross-sectional area is the narrowest.

A binding machine includes: a twisting unit configured to twist a binding member which is guided in a loop shape so as to wrap around an object, and thus to bind the object; a twist motor configured to drive the twisting unit; a circuit board having a mounting surface on which a control unit configured to control the twist motor is mounted; a body portion housing the twisting unit, the twist motor and the circuit board; and a handle portion protruding outward from the body portion. The circuit board is arranged between the twist motor and an inner wall surface of the body portion which is located toward the handle portion in such a manner that the mounting surface faces the inner wall surface and the circuit board is closer to the twist motor than the inner wall surface.

A gas combustion type driving tool is provided with a fuel container storing portion, a lid that covers an opening of the fuel container storing portion, a connecting section which is formed in the fuel container storing portion and to which a nozzle of a fuel container is connected; and a cover member that covers the connecting section. The fuel container storing portion is adapted so that the fuel container stored within the fuel container storing portion is attachable and detachable by opening the lid. The connecting section is adapted to be exposed to an outside of the tool by opening the cover member.

Gas combustion type driving tool

A gas combustion type driving tool is provided with a combustion portion; a fuel container for containing a fuel; an electromagnetic valve device for injecting the fuel into the combustion portion; and a grip portion. A distance from the fuel container to the combustion portion is set substantially equal to or less than a distance from the electromagnetic valve device () to the combustion portion.

A pneumatic screw driver includes: a tool body; a nose portion; a main air chamber; a hammering cylinder; a driver bit integrally combined with a hammering piston in the hammering cylinder; an air motor; a valve housing provided in an air passage between the main air chamber and the air motor; a stop valve piston provided in the valve housing; a stop valve stem coaxially provided with the stop valve piston; a timer chamber connected to the hammering cylinder; a first pipeline and a second pipeline respectively formed at upper and lower positions in a lower portion of the stop valve stem; and a upper end proximal portion of a contact member provided slidably in a driving direction. The upper end proximal portion of the contact member is provided engageably with the stop valve stem. The first pipeline and the second pipeline are arranged so as to close the first pipeline after closing the second pipeline by moving the stop valve stem upward from a bottom dead center.

In a gas combustion type striking tool which strikes a fastener supplied in a nose portion into a member to be fastened by burning mixed gas inside a combustion chamber above a striking cylinder in accordance with a pulling operation of a trigger lever to drive a striking piston and a driver by a pressure of the combustion gas thus generated, a topper is disposed so as to be able to protrude into a path of a feed pawl or a feed piston, and a stopper engaging member, which extends downward from the striking cylinder and is movable in a vertical direction, engages with the stopper when the stopper engaging member moves downward, thereby retracting the stopper from the path.

Gas combustion type striking tool

A staple gun comprising a main body and a staple injection nozzle for injecting a staple into a target object, the staple injection nozzle including a nozzle body mounted on a staple striking body and a cover plate for removably closing an upper portion of a staple injection path of the nozzle body so as to guide the staple. The nozzle body has protrusions to receive an end portion of the cover plate and press this cover plate from upward, and an urging member is provided to urge the cover plate in a direction that the end portion of the cover plate intrudes into the protrusions.

An exhaust mechanism of a pneumatic nailing in which a striking cylinder is accommodated in a body and a striking piston in the striking cylinder is driven to drive a nail when compressed air is supplied to and exhausted from an upper portion of the striking cylinder, comprises: an inner cap arranged in the upper portion of the striking cylinder; a cylinder cap covering the inner cap; an exhaust chamber formed along inside the body between the inner cap and the cylinder cap; and a throttle hole formed in a lower portion of the exhaust chamber, wherein the exhaust air exhausted from the upper portion of the striking cylinder is discharged from the throttle hole via the exhaust chamber.
