A task determination unit determines a type of processing being operated, on the basis of an operation situation of an existing system. A conversion unit converts voice data input during a predetermined operation of an HID into text data, and determines whether the text data is used for a command determination or a setting parameter according to operation content of the HID. A command determination unit determines a command by using the text data and the type of processing being operated, when it is determined that the text data is used for the command determination. An operation unit executes an operation corresponding to the determined command with respect to the existing system by using the text data as a parameter, when it is determined that the text data is used for the setting parameter.

Spectrometer

The present invention relates to a spectrometer whereby the accuracy of wavelength measurement can be improved without being affected by the environment of use. The present invention is characterized by improvements made to a spectrometer for spectrally dividing the light under measurement by transmitting the components thereof at different, wavelength-by-wavelength angles, and receiving and detecting the light under measurement thus spectrally divided by the chromatic dispersion device using an optical detector. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises a refractive index compensation means for compensating changes in the angle at which the chromatic dispersion device transmits the light under measurement, according to changes in the refractive index of the medium in which the chromatic dispersion device is placed.

The colloidal metal dispersion is highly stable, and the colloidal metal particles protected by such specific polymers can be easily and strongly bound to various amino group-containing compounds to give stable colloidal metal complexes, which have a wide variety of uses, such as the use as a solid catalyst, the use for the treatment and diagnosis of various diseases, the use for studying tissues of living bodies, the use for inducing mutation of microorganisms, etc.
