A transport vehicle system includes a measurer to measure a measurement target portion, a measured portion including the measurement target portion thereon, and a control controller to cause a lifter to be lifted and lowered according to a set value and to control the lifting and lowering of the lifter so that the measurer can measure the measured portion by one of the measurer and the measured portion being gripped by a gripper and by the other of the measurer at a predetermined position and the measured portion at a predetermined position, and to correct the set value based on a result of measurement of the measured portion by the measurer.

Transport vehicle system

An overhead transport vehicle includes a first support, a second support, and a link. The first support includes a first buffer and is connected to a belt on one side of a body in a width direction in plan view. The second support includes a second buffer and is connected to a belt at the other side of the body in the width direction. The link connects the first support and the second support, and reduces each of a first distance between the first support and a base and a second distance between the second support and the base in the vertical direction. The link includes at least one of a third buffer to allow relative movement of the base in a travel direction and a fourth buffer to allow relative movement thereof in the width direction with respect to the first and second supports.

An overhead transport vehicle includes an elevator including a base on which a holding device is provided, a plurality of suspension attaching portions to which each of the plurality of belts are attached and supporting the base to be vertically movable from below in a vertical direction via a vibration isolator, and a lock mechanism that fixes a relative positional relation between each of the plurality of suspension attaching portions and the base. The overhead transport vehicle further includes a controller that controls so that the lock mechanism is locked to fix a relative position relation at least partially during elevating operation of the elevator and also controls so that the lock mechanism is unlocked by releasing the lock at least partially during traveling operation of a body unit.

Ceiling transport vehicle

A gripper device includes a pair of engaging portions attached to an elevating section capable of lifting and lowering above an article and respectively engageable with the pair of held portions, and a driver to move the pair of engaging portions from a standby position where a distance between the pair of engaging portions is shorter than an interval between the pair of held portions, to an engaging position where the pair of engaging portions is capable of engaging with the pair of held portions, such that the pair of engaging portions separate from one another.

A transfer vehicle system in which transfer vehicles travel on a track includes a measurement portion in a portion of a path continuing to the track to measure a measurement target portion included in the transfer vehicle on the path, an identifier to identify the transfer vehicle for which the measurement target portion has been measured by the measurement portion, a storage to store a measurement result measured by the measurement portion and an identification result identified by the identifier in association with each other, and a display to provide notification of information concerning a state of the measurement target portion determined based on the measurement result and a reference value.

An overhead transport vehicle includes: a winding drum configured to be driven by one driving motor, and to cause a holding unit to be lifted and lowered by winding and paying out a plurality of belts; at least one second idler roller around which the belt paid out from the winding drum is wound; a base provided on a traveling unit, and configured to support the winding drum and the second idler roller; and a linear motion mechanism configured to move a position of the at least one second idler roller so that a connecting portion of the belt to the holding unit moves in a lifting direction.

An overhead transport vehicle includes a conveyor to travel along a track, a holder to hold an object to be conveyed, and a lifting driver to lift and lower the holder. The holder includes a base, a holder including a body and a pair of grippers connected to the body in an openable/closable manner, the holder being attached to the base so as to be movable along an opening/closing direction of the pair of grippers, and a first elastic member to restrict, between the base and the body, movement of the holder along the opening/closing direction.

Overhead conveyance vehicle

An overhead transport vehicle includes a container accommodation portion sandwiched by a pair of cover portions in a front-and-rear direction in a traveling direction and configured to hold a cassette in a state in which a lid faces in a width direction intersecting the traveling direction and a vertical direction; and a lid-fall prevention member on the cover portion to prevent the lid that has come off from the cassette held in the container accommodation portion from falling. The lid-fall prevention member includes a lower support portion extending along the width direction below the cassette and partially protruding from the lid in a planar view seen from the vertical direction, and a front support portion standing upright in the vertical direction from the lower support portion so as to face at least a portion of the lid. The lower support portion and the front support portion are integrally defined by a unitary structure.

Transport vehicle

An overhead transport vehicle includes an elevator including a base and a first support supporting the base to be vertically movable from below in a vertical direction through a vibration isolator. The vibration isolator includes a first biasing portion in contact with both of the support and the base to urge a first body and the base in a direction away from each other, and a second biasing portion at one of the first body and the base to come into contact with both of the first body and the base and urge the first body and the base in a direction away from each other when a load equal to or greater than a predetermined value is applied to the first biasing portion.

A moving mechanism moves a swing suppression unit in a traveling direction between an advanced position contacting a FOUP and a retracted position away from the FOUP by a drive of a drive unit. A buffer mechanism that allows the swing suppression unit that has been moved to the advanced position by the drive of the drive unit to move to the traveling direction after stopping the drive of the drive unit. The buffer mechanism includes a first coupling portion and a rod-shaped portion coupled to the swing suppression unit to perform a movement of an operation amount in accordance with an amount of movement of the swing suppression unit to a second position direction, a first bias portion that biases the first coupling portion and the rod-shaped portion so that the swing suppression unit presses the FOUP, and a second bias portion that acts on the first coupling portion and the rod-shaped portion when the operation amount of the first coupling portion and the rod-shaped portion is greater than a predetermined amount and that biases the first coupling portion and the rod-shaped portion so that the swing suppression unit presses the FOUP.

A transfer device includes a controller configured or programmed to perform at least one of a first control to make a maximum acceleration when moving a FOUP to a front end side smaller than a maximum acceleration when moving to a back end side, a second control to make a maximum deceleration when moving the FOUP to the front end side greater than a maximum deceleration when moving to the back end side, a third control to make the absolute value of the maximum deceleration when moving the FOUP to the front end side greater than the absolute value of the maximum acceleration, and a fourth control to make the absolute value of the maximum acceleration when moving the FOUP to the back end side greater than the absolute value of the maximum deceleration.

An overhead transport vehicle includes a fall prevention mechanism including a first rotary member, a fall prevention member, and a second rotary member. The first rotary member includes a base end portion supported so as to be rotatable about a first rotation shaft extending along direction Y. The fall prevention member is provided in a tip end portion of the first rotary member and is movable to a space below a cassette. The second rotary member includes a base end portion supported so as to be rotatable about a second rotation shaft extending along direction Z, and a tip end portion to which the first rotary member is attached.
