A linear conveyance system includes: movable portions including permanent magnets; a fixed portion generating magnetic fields for driving the movable portions, and arranged to form a conveyance path for the movable portions; a stator control unit energizing the coil and detecting positions of the movable portions; and a controller unit generating and outputting current commands for driving the movable portions to the stator control unit based on position information on the positions of the movable portions, wherein the movable portions include an output movable portion on which an output device that outputs energy or data is to be installed and a machining movable portion on which a machining device is to be installed, the machining device being to be used for machining of a workpiece, and being connected to the output device by a cable, and the controller unit controls the output movable portion and the machining movable portion.

Linear conveyance system and control apparatus

The control device in a linear motor system calculates a current command value for the stator based on a first speed integrated value obtained by integrating a speed deviation between a speed command for the mover and an actual speed of the mover, and performs first digital filter computation on the current command value. The control device calculates a current command value for the stator based on a second speed integrated value obtained by integrating a speed deviation between a speed command for the mover and the mover's actual speed, and performs second digital filter computation on the current command value. The current command calculating unit calculates a second speed integrated value based on the first speed integrated value used by the control device, and performs the second digital filter computation using a value of the first digital filter computation of the control device.

Linear motor system

A magnetic linear position detector includes a stator and a mover that is movable along a first direction with respect to the stator. One of the stator and the mover includes a magnetic detector, and the other of the stator and the mover includes a magnet. The magnet has a first face facing the magnetic detector, and the first face is provided alternately with N poles and S poles along the first direction. The magnet includes a first region and a second region provided on each side of the first region along the first direction. In the first region, a length along a second direction perpendicular to the first face is constant. In the second region, a length along the second direction is different from the length in the first region.

Magnetic linear position detector

A vibration isolator includes: a vibration isolator moving part that suppresses vibration caused by operation of a drive unit moving part; a vibration isolating speed generation unit that generates a vibration isolating command speed on the basis of a target position of the drive unit moving part; a return speed generation unit that generates a return command speed for returning the vibration isolator moving part to an original position; a control speed generation unit that generates a control command speed by adding the vibration isolating command speed generated by the vibration isolating speed generation unit and the return command speed generated by the return speed generation unit; and a vibration isolation control unit that controls the vibration isolator moving part on the basis of the control command speed generated by the control speed generation unit.

Vibration isolator

A motor control apparatus applied to a structure in which a plurality of synchronous motors connected in parallel and mechanically coupled to each other is driven by a single power converter, includes a vector control unit and an abnormality detection unit. The vector control unit divides a current flowing in/out the synchronous motors into a q-axis current and a d-axis current and individually controls the divided currents based on a q-axis current command value and a d-axis current command value. The abnormality detection unit detects whether at least one synchronous motor is wrongly wired or is disconnected based on a q-axis inductance, the q-axis current command value, a rotation speed of the synchronous motors, and a d-axis voltage command value.
