The cylinder body is affected by a rotational operation of the first operation part in such a manner that a rotational position of the cylinder body is changed while an axial position of the cylinder body is not changed, and is affected by a rotational operation of the second operation part in such a manner that the axial position of the cylinder body is changed while the rotational position of the cylinder body is not changed. A communication amount between the cold water supply channel and the cold water inlet hole, a communication amount between the hot water supply channel and the hot water inlet hole, and/or a communication amount between the mixed water outlet hole and the mixed water outlet channel are/is changed depending on the axial position and the rotational position of the cylinder body in order to achieve both a temperature regulation and a flow rate regulation.

Faucet valve apparatus

A faucet device includes: a base member; an outer shell member; a metallic casing member that is inserted in a columnar section of the outer shell member and whose one end is fixed to the base member; a hot-water supply pipe and a cold-water supply pipe that supply hot water and cold water, respectively; a single lever cartridge provided at the other end of the casing member; connecting members provided inside the casing member, connecting the hot-water supply pipe and the cold-water supply pipe to the single lever cartridge; a fixing member fixing the single lever cartridge to the connecting members; and mechanical engagement pins. The casing member is formed of a metallic plate or pipe with a size that allows the casing member to be insertable into the columnar section of the outer shell member, and capable of retaining the connecting member in accordance with the mechanical engagement means.

Faucet device and manufacturing method therefor

The present invention is a flow-rate adjustable valve for adjusting a flow rate of liquid flowing through a flow path. The flow-rate adjustable valve includes: a main valve body; a back pressure chamber; an inlet hole; an outlet hole; a pilot valve body for opening and closing an end of the outlet hole on a side of the back pressure chamber; an elongated member holding the pilot valve body; and a lifter rotatable and also movable in the axial direction of the elongated member by the rotation of the rotatable member. The lifter and the elongated member are integrally movable in the axial direction. The elongated member is connected to the lifter under a condition in which the elongated member is biased to the lifter in a one-way direction of the axial direction by a biasing-connecting member.

Flow-rate adjustable valve

The present invention is a flow-rate adjustable valve for adjusting a flow rate of liquid flowing through a flow path. The flow-rate adjustable valve includes: a rotatable member; a lifter linearly movable by a rotation of the rotatable member; a valve body linearly movable by a linear movement of the lifter; a stopper configured to restrict a movable range of the lifter in a fixed state of the stopper in which a position of the stopper is not able to be changed; and a stopper-holding member configured to hold the stopper selectively in the fixed state or in a provisional fixed state in which the position of the stopper is able to be changed.

Flow-rate adjustable valve and method of manufacturing the same

An electronic faucet device includes a water discharge port for discharging water mixed at a faucet main body; a valve for electrically opening and closing a passage on an upstream side of the water discharge port; a first operation unit and a second operation unit for opening and closing the valve; and a control unit for controlling the valve based on an electrical signal transmitted from each of the first and second operation units, in a case where a water discharge and stop operation is performed on one operation unit among the first operation unit and the second operation unit in a state where the water discharge and stop operation is performed on the other operation unit, the control unit controls the valve by prioritizing an electrical signal transmitted from the one operation unit so as to enable discharge and stopping of water at the water discharge port.

Electronic faucet device

The present invention is a flow-rate adjustable valve for adjusting a flow rate of liquid flowing through a flow path. The flow-rate adjustable valve includes: a main valve body movably supported in the flow path via a diaphragm membrane; a back pressure chamber; a plurality of inlet holes communicating the upstream side of the flow path with the back pressure chamber; an outlet hole communicating a downstream side of the flow path with the back pressure chamber; and a pilot valve body for opening and closing the outlet hole, wherein moments acting on the main valve body based on the liquid flowing into the back pressure chamber through the plurality of inlet holes are canceled by each other in total, under a condition in which the pilot valve body opens the outlet hole.

A touch detection device has a sensing unit that includes a contact portion which comes into contact with an object, a vibration excitation element that vibrates the contact portion, a detection circuit that includes a drive circuit and a contact determination circuit, and an electrical wire that connects the vibration excitation element and the detection circuit, and is covered with a covering material. The vibration excitation element is covered with a potting layer made of resin through a predetermined internal space. While being inserted into the potting layer, the electrical wire has an end connected to the vibration excitation element, and an insertion portion inserted into the potting layer includes a non-covering portion formed by peeling of the covering material.

Touch detection device for water handling equipment, and faucet apparatus including the same

A faucet apparatus includes a rotating operation unit that rotationally operates water spouting and shutting off operations, and a flow adjustment operation and a temperature adjustment operation of hot and cold water, an acceleration sensor that detects an attitude and a rotating movement of the rotating operation unit, and a control unit. The rotating operation unit moves without striding across a horizontal plane at a time of performing a rotating operation from a first operation position to a second operation position around a predetermined rotation axis in the water spouting state. The acceleration sensor is set in a state where a rotation axis at a time of rotating within a predetermined plane in response to the flow adjustment operation and temperature adjustment operation of the hot and cold water does not coincide with a gravity direction axis.

Faucet apparatus

A jetted bathtub includes: a bathtub; a suction port opening in a wall of the bathtub and allowing water stored in the bathtub to be sucked therein; a pressurizer configured to suck water from the suction port, and pressurize and discharge the water; and a jet nozzle having a single tube held on the wall below a rim of the bathtub, the jet nozzle being configured to eject water introduced into the tube so that the water is ejected into the bathtub with its ejection direction being varied. The tube includes: a running water introduction section configured to receive water supplied from the pressurizer; a channel cross-section shrinking section communicating with the running water introduction section on the downstream side of the running water introduction section, and having a reduced channel cross section relative to the running water introduction section; and a chamber communicating with the channel cross-section shrinking section on the downstream side of the channel cross-section shrinking section, and having at its upstream end a channel cross-section abrupt expansion section with a channel cross section abruptly expanded relative to the channel cross-section shrinking section and at its downstream end an ejection port facing the inside of the bathtub.

Jetted bathtub

A faucet generator includes: a cylindrical body which has a water inflow port and a water outflow port, and in which a water supply channel is formed; a rotor vane which has rotor vane blades, and which is disposed in the water supply channel; a magnet which is rotatable integrally with the rotor vane; a coil in which an electromotive force is produced by rotation of the magnet; and a plurality of nozzles which eject water toward the rotor vane blades. The axial direction of the rotor vane is substantially parallel to the water supply channel. The nozzles change a direction of a water flow which is substantially parallel to the axial direction of the rotor vane, to eject water from a radially outward direction of the rotor vane blades to the rotor vane blades.

Faucet generator

A faucet includes a main body and a water discharger having a water discharge port. The main body includes a first water supply channel placed therein and being communicative with a water supply piping; and a first electric component placed therein. The water discharger includes a second water supply channel placed therein, being communicative with the first water supply channel, and connected to the water discharge port; and a second electric component placed therein and being in electrical connection to the first electric component. The connection between the first electric component and the second electric component is made by wiring. The main body and the water discharger are detachable and capable of liquid-tight coupling to each other.

Sensor actuated faucet

A faucet generator includes; a rotor vane which is disposed in a water supply channel; an annular magnet which is rotatable integrally with the rotor vane; and a stator having: a coil which is disposed to be opposed to an end face of the magnet that is substantially perpendicular to a radial direction; a plurality of inductors which are placed separately from one another along a circumferential direction between the end face of the magnet and the coil; and a yoke which is disposed to be continuously contacted with the inductor and surround the coil. The axial direction of the rotor vane is substantially parallel to the water supply channel. In the annular magnet, the end faces which are substantially perpendicular to a radial direction are alternately magnetized with N and S poles along the circumferential direction of the magnet. In the yoke, cutaway portions which are formed by cutting away portions that are opposed to the circumferential face portion of the coil, and that are in the vicinity of the tip ends of the inductors, in one end that is on the side where said inductors are disposed, whereby portions of the yoke which are in the vicinity of the tip ends of the inductors are formed so as to relatively recede from the magnetic inducible area of the magnet.

A water supply apparatus includes an apparatus body disposed in a flow passage for sucking water to an indoor facility and a power generation unit installed in the apparatus body. Further, the power generation unit further comprises a rotating shaft extended in a direction perpendicular to the water channel direction of the flow passage, and impeller installed on the rotating shaft and rotated by a water flow, a magnet rotated interlockingly with the impeller, and a coil arranged oppositely to the magnet, wherein the impeller forms blades in the radial outer direction and forms clearances allowing water to pass to the inside of the blades. Since the clearances are formed between the blades and the rotating shaft such a trouble that water flowing into the base ends of the blades obstructs the rotation of the impeller can be eliminated to increase a power generation amount by the power generation unit. In addition, since there is no need to expand the flow passage on the outside of the impeller to reduce the rotational resistance of the impeller, the size of the water supply apparatus can be reduced.
