A lens driving apparatus is disclosed. The lends driving apparatus may include a movable body holding lenses, a fixed body in which the movable body is mounted and movably along the lens optical axis direction, and a drive mechanism that moves the movable body in the lens optical axis direction. The drive mechanism may be equipped with a coil that is held by the movable body or the fixed body, a magnet that is held by the other body of the movable body and the fixed boy, and a regulatory means that regulates the movement of the movable body which is induced by an electromagnetic force generated when current is passed through the coil. The coil may be opposed to the magnet in the lens optical direction.

Lens driving apparatus

A lens drive device may include a fixed body, a movable body having a lens, a magnetic drive mechanism for magnetically driving the movable body in a lens optical axis direction, and a spring member which connects the movable body with the fixed body. The fixed body may include a base disposed on an imaging element side, a shield member which is formed in a cover shape and which is provided with a side plate part whose imaging element side end part is abutted with an object side face of the base, and a ground terminal which is a different member from the shield member and connected with the shield member. An imaging element side face of the ground terminal is supported by a ground terminal support part formed on the object side face of the base and a gap space is formed between the object side face of the ground terminal and an end part of the side plate part of the shield member.

Lens drive device

A lens drive device may include a thrust direction stopper mechanism which includes a thrust movement preventing abutting part of the movable body and a thrust movement preventing abutted part of the fixed body for restricting a moving range toward an object side of the movable body, and a radial direction stopper mechanism which includes a radial movement preventing abutting part of the movable body and a radial movement preventing abutted part of the fixed body for restricting a moving range in a radial direction of the movable body. The moving range in the radial direction under an inclined posture of the movable body with respect to an optic axis is restricted over all directions by the radial direction stopper mechanism and the thrust direction stopper mechanism.

A motor includes a circumferential wall part of a case provided with an opening part on one end side in an axial direction and at least a magnet fixed to the inner peripheral face of the circumferential wall part. At least a part of the outer peripheral face of the magnet is fixed to the inner peripheral face of the circumferential wall part with a first adhesive, and further, the outer peripheral edge part of a first end face of the magnet that is located on a side of the opening part is fixed to the inner peripheral face of the circumferential wall part with a second adhesive.

A position detecting device for detecting a position of a movable body which is moved by a drive system having a rotation body includes a magnetic part having an N-pole and an S-pole on a face of the rotation body and a sensor chip having at least a magneto-resistive element. The face of the rotation body is perpendicular to the rotation shaft of the rotation body and the sensor chip is provided so as to face the magnetic part for detecting a variation of magnetic field by the magneto-resistive element when the magnetic part is rotated with the rotation body. A little space is required for mounting the sensor chip having the magneto-resistive element and therefore downsizing can be attained.

A motor includes a stator and a rotor having drive permanent magnets and a rotary shaft. The stator supports a core with coils wound thereon and includes a base plate. The base plate is formed with a resin, and is composed of a core supporting section that supports the core, a shaft supporting section that rotatably supports the rotary shaft, and attachment sections for attaching the motor to an apparatus. The core supporting section, the shaft supporting section and the attachment sections of the base plate are formed in one piece.

A motor with brush includes a rotor having a rotary shaft and a commutator retained at the rotary shaft, two brush sections each having a plane surface in an axial direction of the rotor and in sliding contact with the commutator, and two brush terminals that are integral with the brush sections, respectively. Each of the brush terminals includes a brush connecting section formed in the axial direction of the rotary shaft and having a plane surface that connects to the plane surface of each of the corresponding brush sections, and a bent section that is bent in a direction generally orthogonal to the axial direction of the rotary shaft. The bent section restricts and fixedly positions the brush terminal and the brush section, and the brush terminals connect to external connection members that are provided outside the motor and inside an outer circumference of the motor.

A motor has a rotatably supported rotor shaft and a rotator that rotates together with the rotor shaft. The rotator includes a shaft insertion section that has an internal peripheral surface and a specified length in an axial direction in which the rotor shaft is inserted. The internal peripheral surface has a first internal peripheral surface of a small diameter and a second internal peripheral surface having a diameter slightly greater than that of the first internal peripheral surface. The first internal peripheral surface engages the rotor shaft under a pressure, and the second internal peripheral surface is slightly spaced a distance from the rotor shaft, such that a gap is created between the second internal peripheral surface and the rotor shaft. The rotor shaft is pressure-inserted in the first internal peripheral surface to be affixed to the rotator, and an adhesive is filled in the gap between the second internal peripheral surface and the rotor shaft to affix the second internal surface to the rotator.
