The battery cellar includes a storage cabinet that stores a plurality of used batteries, a power converter (an AC/DC converter and a DC/DC converter) electrically connected between the plurality of used batteries stored in the storage cabinet and a power system, and a server that controls the power converter to charge or discharge the plurality of batteries in response to a demand response request from the power system. The server selects, from the plurality of used batteries, a first battery, the degradation degree of which has reached a reference value, and a second battery, the degradation degree of which does not reach the reference value but is predicted to reach the reference value within a predetermined period, as replacement target batteries.

A battery frame is fixed to a chassis and a battery pack is assembled to the battery frame. The battery frame includes a pair of crossbars and a pair of side bars. A charging processing system includes: a power supply facility that supplies COfree power generated using renewable energy; a vehicle in which COfree charging is able to be performed to charge an onboard power storage device using the COfree power supplied from the power supply facility; a mobile terminal portable by a user of the vehicle; and a server. The server issues, when the COfree charging is performed in the vehicle, a coupon to the user of the vehicle in which the COfree charging is performed, the coupon being usable at a shop located around the power supply facility. When a timing to perform the COfree charging is included in a specific time period, the server increases the number of issued coupons and a usage value of each coupon.

Charging processing system

A charging processing system includes: a power supply facility that supplies COfree power; electrically powered vehicles that each perform COfree charging to charge an onboard power storage device using the COfree power supplied from the power supply facility; mobile terminals portable by users who own the electrically powered vehicles; and a server. The server issues a coupon to a user of an electrically powered vehicle in which the COfree charging is performed, the coupon being usable at a shop located around the power supply facility. The server includes: a storage device that stores user attribute information in which a user ID and an attribute of each user are associated with each other; and a control device that extracts a user who has a specific attribute by making reference to the user attribute information and that notifies coupon advance-notice information to the extracted user.

A charging system includes a vehicle, a power supply facility, a mobile terminal, and a server. The power supply facility performs external charging by supplying power to the vehicle. The mobile terminal receives a user input from a user of the vehicle and provides a notification to the user. The server communicates with the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal sets a first notification condition in the server in response to the user input. A second notification condition is set in the server in advance. The server determines whether or not each of the first notification condition and the second notification condition is satisfied during the external charging. When the first notification condition is satisfied, the server provides a first notification to the user through the mobile terminal. When the second notification condition is satisfied, the server provides a second notification to the user through the mobile terminal.
