An image projection device includes an image generation unit configured to generate a projection image; a magnifying optical system configured to magnify the projection image generated by the image generation unit and project the magnified projection image onto a projection plane; and an enclosure having an inner wall surface and being configured to accommodate the image generation unit and the magnifying optical system. The inner wall surface of the enclosure is disposed avoiding an area where converging magnification of converged incident light exceeds 15 times, the converged incident light resulting from incident light incident from outside of the enclosure onto the magnifying optical system being propagated in a direction opposite to the projection image.

Image projection device and moving body

A display device includes an image forming unit to form an image and project the image on a transmissive reflector to display a virtual image, an optical element to direct light of the image to the transmissive reflector, a wavelength selective mirror disposed between the image forming unit and the optical element and to separate infrared light from a light beam, and a shielding part to shield or attenuate infrared light. The optical element condenses external light travelling along an optical path opposite to an optical path of the light diffused. The wavelength selective mirror separates infrared light included in the external light condensed by the optical element, and the shielding part is disposed between the wavelength selective mirror and a focal point of the infrared light separated by the wavelength selective mirror. An apparatus includes the display device and the transmissive reflector.

Display device and apparatus

A display device, a display system, and a mobile object. The display device includes an image forming unit through which image light exits, an imaging optical system having a reflection plane and configured to form an image by reflecting the image light on the reflection plane, and a housing accommodating the image forming unit and the imaging optical system. The housing has a transmissive area through which the image light reflected by the imaging optical system passes through, and an inclination of the reflection plane is changed to reduce a project area of the reflection plane. The project area is projected to outside of the housing through the transmissive area. The display system includes the display device, and a reflector configured to reflect the image light reflected by the imaging optical system. The mobile object includes the display system, and the reflector is a front windshield.

An imaging unit includes a plurality of imaging devices configured to capture images of an object; a circuit substrate configured to generate image data based on the images captured by the imaging devices; a chassis that holds the imaging devices; and a heat transfer member including a contacting portion configured to contact an installed member in a case where the imaging unit is installed on the installed member. The heat transfer member contacts the chassis or the circuit substrate, and heat conductivity of the heat transfer member is greater than the heat conductivity of the chassis.

A heat-transfer mechanism which transfers heat of a heat-generating component mounted on a board to a housing includes a heat-transfer plate having a bottom face portion which has contact with the heat-generating component, a first heat-transfer portion which is screwed near one end portion of the housing and a second heat-transfer portion which is screwed near the other end portion of the housing.
