A measuring instrument that reads a measure including a plurality of reading patterns arranged in a length direction of the measure, each reading pattern including a plurality of patterns arranged in a width direction of the measure, includes: a flattening member that increases a flatness of the measure; and a first reader that optically reads the plurality of patterns arranged in the width direction included in a single reading pattern from the measure in a state where the flatness is increased by the flattening member.

Measuring instrument

An input device includes: a printing layer on which an image of a key including a character is printed; a 3D lens that three-dimensionally floats the image of the key printed on the printing layer; and an input detector that detects an input in accordance with the depression of the image of the key floating three-dimensionally.

A touch panel includes an upper electrode substrate having a transparent conductive film formed thereon, a lower electrode substrate having a transparent conductive film formed thereon, two electrodes formed on the transparent conductive film of the upper electrode substrate, two electrodes formed on the transparent conductive film of the lower electrode substrate, an adhesive sheet bonding the upper electrode substrate and the lower electrode substrate to each other such that the transparent conductive films face each other, a film removed area formed on the upper electrode substrate by removing part of the transparent conductive film, the film removed area enclosing the two electrodes on the transparent conductive film of the upper electrode substrate, and an outer rim electrode formed on the transparent conductive film of the upper electrode substrate in such a manner as to surround the film removed area, wherein the film removed area forms a closed loop.

Touch panel

A touch panel including a panel body and a gas passage provided in the panel body. The panel body includes a pair of electrode plates, and each electrode plate is provided with a conductive layer. The electrode plates are fixedly attached to each other so that conductive coats thereof are opposed to each other with a gap defined therebetween. The gas passage is configured to allow a gas existing in the gap to circulate in the panel body.

Touch panel and method of manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing a touch panel, includes forming a print layer on a peripheral portion of a surface of a touch panel body portion; coating resin on the surface of the touch panel body portion on which the print layer is formed and, after coating, curing the resin to form a resin layer; and adhering an optical clear adhesive sheet on a surface of a cover film and further adhering the surface of the cover film, at which the optical clear adhesive sheet is adhered to, to the surface of the touch panel body portion at which the resin layer is adhered to.
