Provided is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film that has high stiffness, has excellent heat resistance at a high temperature of 150° C., easily maintains a bag shape when being made into a packaging bag, and has less pitch shift during printing or fewer wrinkles in a sealed portion when being heat-sealed. A biaxially oriented polypropylene film, wherein a stress at 5% elongation (F5) at 23° C. of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is not lower than 40 MPa in a longitudinal direction and not lower than 160 MPa in a width direction, and a heat shrinkage rate at 150° C. of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is not higher than 7% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 16% in the width direction.

Provided is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film that can enhance function of having high stiffness, having excellent heat resistance at a high temperature of 150° C., easily maintaining a bag shape when being made into a packaging bag, having less pitch shift during printing or fewer wrinkles in a sealed portion when being heat-sealed, and improving lamination strength. A biaxially oriented polypropylene film comprising a base layer (A), an intermediate layer (B), and a surface layer (C), wherein a stress at 5% elongation (F5) at 23° C. of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is not lower than 40 MPa in a longitudinal direction and not lower than 160 MPa in a width direction, and a heat shrinkage rate at 150° C. of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction.

The invention provides a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, wherein a relationship between a loop stiffness stress (S [mN]) in a longitudinal direction and a thickness (t [μm]) satisfies the formula S≥0.00020×t, a relationship between a loop stiffness stress (S [mN]) in a width direction and the thickness (t [μm]) satisfies the formula S≥0.0010×t, and a heat shrinkage rate of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 150° C. is not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 120° C. is not higher than 2.0% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 5.0% in the width direction, and the heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. in the longitudinal direction is lower than the heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. in the width direction.

The invention provides a biaxially oriented polypropylene film with a storage elastic modulus (E'-23) of at least 2.0 GPa in a longitudinal direction and at least 6.0 GPa in a width direction, a storage elastic modulus E′ (E′-80) of at least 1.0 GPa in the longitudinal direction and at least 3.0 GPa in the width direction, a ratio (E′-80/E′-23) of E′-80 to E′-23 of at least 0.4 in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate at 150° C. of not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. of not higher than 2.0% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 5.0% in the width direction, and a heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. in the longitudinal direction that is lower than the heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. in the width direction.

The invention provides a biaxially-oriented polypropylene film that contains a base layer (A) comprising a polypropylene resin as a main component, a surface layer (B) provided at one side of the base layer (A), and a surface layer (C) provided at one side of the base layer (A) opposite to the surface layer (B), wherein the surface layer (B) has a wetting tension of 38 mN or more, a surface resistance value of 14.0 Log Ω or more, an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of 3.0-5.5 nm, a Martens hardness of 248 N/mmor less, and a center plane average surface roughness (SRa) of 0.010-0.026 μm, and the surface layer (C) has a center plane average surface roughness (SRa) of 0.020 μm or more and a Martens hardness of 270 N/mmor more.

Biaxially-oriented polypropylene film

The present invention is to provide a method for producing a biaxially oriented polyester film that is superior in mechanical properties, transparency, and heat resistance, and at the same time, superior in secondary processing suitability and printing appearance. Disclosed is a biaxially oriented polyester film, having at least one surface satisfying the following requirements (1) and (2), and the film satisfying the following requirements (3) and (4). (1) A maximum peak height roughness (SRp) is 1.2 μm to 1.6 μm. (2) An arithmetic average roughness (SRa) is 0.024 μm to 0.045 μm. (3) A tensile strength in a longitudinal direction and a width direction is 180 MPa to 300 MPa. (4) A haze is 7% or less.

Biaxially oriented polyester film and method for producing same

A biaxially oriented polypropylene film, wherein a maximum elongation of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 150° ° C. or lower measured by a thermomechanical analyzer (TMA) is not larger than 1.5 mm in a longitudinal direction and not larger than 0.1 mm in a width direction, and a heat shrinkage rate of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 150° C. is not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction.

It is provided that a polyester film containing a polyester resin obtained by recycling PET bottles and having high lamination strength and slight unevenness in thickness. A biaxially stretched polyester film comprising 50 wt. % or more and 95 wt. % or less of a polyester resin obtained by recycling PET bottles, wherein the content of an isophthalic acid component in all dicarboxylic acid components in the entire polyester resin composing the polyester film is 0.5 mol % or more and 5.0 mol % or less, and the polyester satisfy the specific intrinsic viscosity, the specific thermal shrinkage rate, the specific refractive index in the thickness direction, and the specific unevenness in thickness.
