A tubular connection system includes a connector coupled to a tubular segment, the connector having a first bore with a first bore diameter and a mating connector coupled to the connector, the mating connector having a second bore with a second bore diameter. The connector includes a plurality of connector lugs extending into the first bore. The connector also includes a plurality of gaps, respective gaps of the plurality of gaps are arranged between adjacent connector lugs of the plurality of connector lugs in a first alternating pattern. The plurality of connectors lugs are arranged in connector lug rows. The mating connector includes a plurality of mating lugs radially outward. The mating connector also includes a plurality of openings, respective openings of the plurality of openings are arranged between adjacent mating lugs of the plurality of mating lugs. The plurality of mating lugs are arranged in mating lug rows.

Adjustable flowline connections

A system includes a Christmas tree (XT) having at least one valve, the XT being coupled to a wellbore. The system also includes a pressure boundary tool adapted to provide a secondary boundary for the XT. The pressure boundary tool includes a plug body to be positioned against a valve member of the at least one valve; a seal to be energized into a valve body of the at least one valve; and a plate arranged proximate the seal, the plate being moveable between a first position and a second position, the first position energizing the seal and a second position deenergizing the seal. The pressure boundary tool is positioned within the XT on a side of the valve member closer to the wellbore.

System and method for a secondary pressure boundary tool

In at least one embodiment, a system for an electrical submersible pump (ESP) of a wellbore is disclosed. The system includes a spool and a tubing insert valve to be associated with the wellbore. The spool is to be located above an Xmas tree and is to retain a coil, cable, or wireline that passes through a wellbore and through the tubing insert valve. The coil, cable, or wireline is to be associated with the ESP.

The present disclosure is for an inverted diffuser usable in wellheads and other wellsite equipment. The inverted diffuser includes at least one first section having a first vertical inner surface, a first inclined inner surface relative to the first vertical inner surface, and one or more channels supporting one or more releasable fasteners between the at least one first section and a wall of a wellhead or of a wellsite equipment. At least one second section is press-fitted or fastened adjacent to the at least one first section. A method for application of the inverted diffuser in a wellhead and in other wellsite equipment is also disclosed, along with a method of manufacture of the inverted diffuser.

Inverted diffuser for abrasive slurry flow with sensor for internal damages

A valve assembly includes a valve body and a valve member extending through at least a portion of the valve body. The valve assembly also includes a seat pocket forming an annular recess in the valve body and a seat arrangement positioned at least partially within the seat pocket. The seat arrangement includes a lower seat extending radially inward from the annular recess toward the valve cavity axis. The seat arrangement also includes an upper seat at least partially overlapping the lower seat, the upper seat extending radially inward toward the valve cavity axis to contact the valve member along a seat face. The seat arrangement further includes an interface seal positioned along an interface between the upper seat and the lower seat, the interface seal receiving a fluid pressure to drive the lower seat radially outward and into the annular recess.

System and method for valve seat arrangements

Gate valve real time health monitoring system, apparatus, program code and related methods

A lock open device for use with a valve in a hydraulic fracturing system, which maintains the valve in an open position. The lock open device includes a plate with beveled edges and spring loaded ball bearings strategically disposed to contact the edges and interfere with axial movement of the plate. The plate couples to a gate member in the valve, so that the interference between the plate and the ball bearings maintains the valve in a designated open or closed position. The angle of the bevel regulates how much force is required to urge the plate past the ball bearings to thereby open/close the valve.

Lock assembly for hydraulic fracing valve

A casing annulus remediation hose assembly having a hose with an inlet in selective fluid communication with a fluid supply and an exit connected to a nozzle. On the nozzle is an insertion tip for facilitating insertion and retrieval of the hose assembly in and out of an annulus in a wellhead assembly. The insertion tip has an outer annular flexible housing that is coaxially attached to the nozzle and spherical weighted members arranged in series in the housing. A cable extends coaxially from a downstream end of the nozzle and through each weighted member.

System and method for remediating a wellbore annulus

A low torque operator for selectively engaging a gear unit in an actuating drive stem of a valve having a collar with an axial bore and a slot through its side. The slot includes a projection directed towards an upper end of the collar and has an edge oriented oblique to the collar axis. A drive shaft inserts in the bore, and a pin mounted in the drive shaft engages the slot during low torque conditions. The operator also includes an idler gear and a bullgear. A driven shaft with two drive pins inserts into the bore on a lower side of the collar. The upper of the two pins remains in contact with a shoulder formed on a lower end of the collar during low torque conditions. The lower of the two pins engages a shoulder formed on a lower side of the bullgear during high torque conditions.

Selective torque operator for a valve

An assembly for actuating a valve that is in a differential screw assembly when the valve is in a portion of its stroke that experiences high resistance. The actuating assembly is selectively changeable into a direct drive configuration when the valve is in a lower resistance portion of its stroke. A sliding sleeve moves axially within the actuating assembly and has a profile that is strategically dimensioned to change the actuating assembly configuration.

Differential screw assembly for varying torque for valve

A reinforced wellhead member for use during fracing operations. The wellhead member is preloaded at a flange section by creating compressive stresses via a ring that interacts with a tightening nut on a bolt. The bolt is rigidly attached to an adapter which may also be modified to create stresses on the flange of the wellhead member. The induced stresses counter the tensile stresses experienced by the flange during fracing operations, allowing a standard wellhead member to be utilized.

Reinforced frac tubing head

A torque limiter for use in an actuating drive stem of a subsea wellhead having a collar with an axial bore and a slot through its side. The slot includes a projection directed towards a lower end of the collar and has an edge oriented oblique to the collar axis. A driven shaft inserts in the bore, and a pin mounted in the driven shaft engages the slot. A spring assembly coupled to the driven shaft pushes the collar to retain the pin in the end of the projection. A driveshaft with a drive pin inserts into the bore on an upper side of the collar. The upper end of the collar includes a shoulder that contacts the drive pin when the collar rotates. The spring compresses when excessive torque is in the driven shaft moving the pin up the projection and disengaging the drive pin and shoulder.
