Various embodiments may include a connection between a winding for an electric machine and a circuit board for an inverter including a connection between the winding and a circuit board for an inverter. A coil end piece of the stator winding extends in a first direction and is welded or connected in a form-fitting manner directly to the circuit board on which a power output stage of the inverter is located.

Connection between a winding and a circuit board

The disclosure provides an electric machine that includes a stator with an electrical winding having electrically conductive bars arranged in grooves of the stator and each of which has a first cross-sectional area in the region of the grooves. The electric machine includes an inverter circuit for the controlled electrical energization of the winding. The inverter circuit is electrically connected to the winding, and/or the bars are electrically connected to one another, by a circuit board arrangement. The circuit board arrangement has passage bores with a diameter smaller than a maximum dimension of the first cross-sectional area, and one bar end of one of the bars is plugged through each passage bore. The plugged-through bar end has, in the region of the passage bore, a second cross-sectional area having a maximum dimension smaller than the diameter of the passage bore or equal to the diameter of the passage bore.

Electrical machine having a printed circuit board arrangement for winding interconnection and associated production method

Various embodiments include a circuit arrangement comprising: a heat sink; and a set of layers arranged on a surface of the heat sink. The set of layers includes a first electrically insulating insulation layer and an electrically conductive conductor layer arranged on a side of the insulation layer facing away from the heat sink. The set of layers includes an electrical connecting path between two electrical connection regions. At least one layer of the set of layers is formed by cold gas spraying of a respective material.

Vibration-resistant circuit arrangement for electrically connecting two terminal regions

Various embodiments may include a battery system comprising: a battery cell; and a voltage balancing circuit for balancing a voltage at the battery cell. The voltage balancing circuit includes: a balancing current path electrically connected between a positive power connection terminal and a negative power connection terminal of the battery cell, two resistors, and a controllable balancing switch connected in series with the two resistors; and a measuring arrangement electrically connected on a signal-input side to an electrical connecting point between the two resistors and configured to detect a first voltage potential at the electrical connecting point.

Various embodiments include a fuse electrically connecting two connection regions comprising: a heat sink; a set of layers arranged on a surface of the heat sink, the set of layers including an electrically insulating layer arranged on the heat sink and an electrically conductive conductor layer arranged on a side of the insulation layer facing away from the heat sink; and an electrical connecting path between the connection regions. The surface of the heat sink defines two material cutouts. A portion of the heat sink arranged between the material cutouts forms a bridge element. The set of layers is disposed on the bridge element.
