A reflector sub-assembly for an antenna assembly configured to support FDD and TDD modes of operation is presented. The reflector sub-assembly comprises a reflector defining at least one reflector opening, and at least one first PCB arranged to cover the reflector opening having a first PCB side directed towards the reflector and with a metallic layer thereon and a second PCB side directed away from the reflector and comprising one or more first electric lines. The reflector sub-assembly also comprises an array of first radiators to support a TDD mode extending through the reflector opening and having a feeding end directed towards the first PCB and electrically connected to at least one of the first electric lines and a distant end facing away from the first PCB and carrying at least one first radiating element. The reflector sub-assembly further comprises one or more second radiators to support an FDD mode.

Antenna assembly supporting FDD and TDD operational modes and reflector sub-assembly thereof

An antenna arrangement comprises an antenna which has an antenna body and a radiator arrangement. An antenna holder comprises a base portion. An upper side of the antenna holder points to-wards an underside of the antenna body and an underside of the antenna holder points towards an electrically conductive base plate. Only a supporting part of the underside of the antenna body rests on the base portion, so that a receiving space is formed be-tween another part of the underside of the antenna body and the base portion. The base portion of the antenna holder is electrically non-conductive, whereby the another part of the underside of the antenna body is capacitively coupled to the base plate via the receiving space.

Antenna arrangement for mobile radio systems, a stacked antenna system and a mobile radio antenna comprising the antenna arrangement and the stacked antenna system

An antenna, in particular a mobile radio antenna, operates in at least two frequency bands. Two or more dipole antenna elements are provided and are arranged in front of a reflector, which transmit and receive in two different frequency bands. The distance between the antenna element structure, the antenna elements or the antenna element top of at least one dipole antenna element for the higher frequency band is at a distance from the reflector plane which corresponds to at least 75% and at most 150% of the distance between an antenna element structure. An antenna element or an antenna element top of at least one dipole antenna element for the lower frequency band and the reflector plane, and/or the distance between the antenna element structure, the antenna elements or the antenna element top of at least one dipole antenna element for the higher frequency band is at a distance from the reflector plane which is greater than 0.4&#x3bb; and is preferably less than 2&#x3bb; with respect to the mid-frequency of the antenna element for the higher frequency.
