A system and method for monitoring performance of an industrial process includes an input port for receiving signals representative of one or more performance parameters generated by the industrial process, a user interface including a display and a controller that is operably coupled with the input port and the user interface. The controller is configured to repeatedly receive signals over time via the input port representative of the one or more performance parameters of the industrial process and to generate a plurality of snapshots, wherein each snapshot includes a graphical representation of the one or more performance parameters of the industrial process at a corresponding time. The controller is configured to generate an animatable heat map including two or more of the plurality of snapshots arranged temporally and to display the animatable heat map on the display.

An uptime status may be determined from this data. A method for determining an energy score for a guest room of a hotel having a plurality of guest rooms includes identifying two or more energy saving conditions associated with the guest room under which there is an opportunity to save energy when controlling the guest room without sacrificing guest comfort. The guest room is controlled in a designated energy savings mode when one or more of the energy savings room conditions are detected, and controlling the guest room in a guest comfort mode when none of the energy savings room conditions are detected. An energy score for the guest room is determined based at least in part on a measure of reliability of detecting the two or more energy savings conditions of the guest room, and thus the ability to take advantage of the opportunities to save energy when controlling the guest room.

One or more environmental conditions within each of a plurality of server racks are received over time. One or more IT parameters representative of server load are received over time. A model is constructed that models how one or more of the environmental conditions within at least one of the server racks of the plurality of server racks responds to changes in one or more of the IT parameters. A future value of one or more environmental conditions within one or more of the plurality of server racks is predicted based at least in part on the model and the one or more subsequent received IT parameters. At least some of the environmental control equipment of the data center is proactively controlled based at least in part on the predicted future value of one or more of the environmental conditions within the one or more server racks.

System and method for proactively controlling an environmental condition in a server rack of a data center based at least in part on server load

A data center includes a plurality of tenants, with some of the server racks within the data center specifically assigned to each of the tenants. A monitoring system may be configured to generate unique tenant dashboards that allow each tenant to view a variety of different information pertaining to the server racks that are assigned to them without allowing other tenants to view their dashboards. The system is configured to generate the unique tenant view for each tenant based on tenant profile information collected by the data center as part of a tenant onboarding process and input into the first and second tenant profiles. The system reads the various parameters in the first and second tenant profiles and automatically generates the unique tenant dashboards for each tenant without having to make programming changes to other parts of the system.

One device includes instructions stored thereon executable by a processor to track a location of a mobile device in a facility based on communications between the mobile device and a plurality of beacons located in the facility, wherein the mobile device is associated with a particular user having access rights associated with the facility, determine that the mobile device is located in a particular area of the facility, determine whether the user is allowed access to the particular area based on the access rights, and provide a notification responsive to a determination that the user is not allowed access to the particular area.

One device includes a memory, and a processor configured to execute executable instructions stored in the memory to import data associated with an incident associated with a site, wherein the data is in a number of different forms, receive a number of user inputs associated with the incident, and generate an incident dossier based on the data associated with the incident and the number of user inputs, wherein the incident dossier includes a timeline of the incident, a report of the incident, and a damage assessment of the incident.

One method includes combining, using a data fusion unit of an access control system, features of structured and non-structured data associated with system access events for a number of users into a combined data set, generating, using an anomaly detection engine of the access control system, a model of behavior for the number of users based on the combined data set, and comparing, using the anomaly detection engine of the access control system, real time behavior for the number of users to the model for the number of users to determine whether the real time behavior for the number of users is anomalous behavior for the number of users.

One device includes instructions stored thereon executable by a processor to receive location information associated with a mobile device in a facility, determine that the mobile device is within a particular distance of an area of the facility based on the location information, receive an indication of a user input by the mobile device, determine whether a user of the mobile device is allowed access to the area, and allow access to the area via a relay associated with the area responsive to a determination that the user is allowed access and the user input.
