The disclosure relates to a plate structure of a non-surgical bone conductive device, configured to be attached to a part of the skin of the skull of a hearing impaired person. The non-surgical bone conductive device is designed such that an optimized vibration transfer is achieved, while at the same time allowing a sufficient leverage of the weight of the sound processor when the sound processor is connected to the plate structure.

According to an embodiment, a hearing aid system is disclosed. The system includes an abutment, an extension member and a hearing aid device. The abutment is configured to mechanically attach into a skull bone of a hearing aid user. The extension member is configured to attach to the abutment and further comprising a hearing aid coupling surface adapted to attach with a hearing aid device. The hearing aid device includes a coupling adapted to mechanically attach to the hearing aid coupling surface. The extension member is configured to attach between the abutment and the coupling and to extend length between the abutment and the hearing aid coupling.

Hearing aid interconnection system

A hearing aid interconnection system is disclosed. The hearing aid interconnection system comprises an abutment provided with means for being attached to a fixture for anchoring the hearing aid interconnection system to a skull bone. The hearing aid interconnection system comprises means for attaching a hearing aid device to the abutment. The hearing aid interconnection system comprises an extension member attached to the abutment in such a manner that the extension member extends the length of the abutment.
