A cover for protecting a temporary mark on a person's skin includes a transparent layer and an associated opaque layer, wherein the opaque layer features an opening through which the temporary mark may be located as the cover is applied. An adhesive is superimposed upon the transparent layer in order to releasably affix the cover to the temporary mark, and also to permit maintaining the cover on a backing material during transportation or storage. During use, the mark is sighted through the transparent layer and the opening in the opaque layer, and applied to the patient's skin. The opaque layer is then removed from the transparent layer, which remains in place over the temporary mark, permitting the person to bathe or otherwise participate unhindered in his or her life's routines without smudging, wearing or removing the mark.

Temporary tattoo cover and related method

A device and method are provided for storing a prefilled liquid beverage, receiving an oral contrast imaging agent that is mixed with the prefilled liquid beverage, and dispensing a resulting beverage/oral contrast imaging agent mixture. The device has a body defining a chamber for storing the prefilled liquid beverage. A closure is movable between a closed position for sealing the prefilled liquid in the chamber, and an open position for (i) introducing the oral contrast imaging agent into the chamber for mixture with the prefilled liquid beverage, and (ii) dispensing the beverage/oral contrast imaging agent mixture. The device may include first graduations, a time scale and second graduations. The body defines a substantially smooth, axially extending patient information surface including thereon a plurality of marking spaces and respective patient information indicia associated with each marking space for marking thereon information relating to a respective patient.

Device and method for dispensing a beverage and imaging contrast agent

An image guided biopsy grid markable with marking medium for marking a subject's skin underlying the grid with a marking to identify a needle entry target. The grid includes a flexible substrate and a plurality of substrate pores extending therethrough. An adhesive layer on the underside of the substrate conformingly and removably attaches the substrate to the skin substantially without gapping therebetween. The adhesive layer defines a plurality of adhesive pores and/or adhesive free spaces that allow marking medium to flow through the adhesive layer and onto the skin to mark the skin and identify the needle entry target. The biopsy grid may be marked substantially anywhere along its upper surface and marking medium will pass therethrough and mark the skin.
