An electromagnetic valve comprises a coil wound on a bobbin made of resin, a case accommodating the coil inside thereof and made of magnetic material, a yoke made of magnetic material and forming a magnetic circuit together with the case, a plunger made of magnetic material and driven by a magnetic attracting force generated at the energization of the coil, a connector formed separately from the bobbin and the case and connected to one end of the case, a first terminal passed into the connector, a second terminal electrically connected to an end of the coil and a urging member made of electric conductor and contacted with the first and second terminals.

Electromagnetic mechanism

An electromagnet includes a cylindrically shaped electric coil made of magnetic material and wound around a bobbin made of resin material and made of magnetic material, a cylindrically shaped case made of magnetic material and housing the electric coil, a yoke made of magnetic material for forming a magnetic circuit in cooperation with the case, with both longitudinal ends of the yoke facing the bobbin, and a plunger made of magnetic material and disposed in the inner peripheral of the yoke for moving by electromagnetic force in the longitudinal direction when current is supplied to the electric coil. The bobbin and the yoke are integrated with each other by resin forming, with the outer peripheral portion of the yoke facing the inner peripheral portion of the bobbin being subjected to grooved treatment in the longitudinal direction to form at least one groove and/or knurling treatment to form a knurled outer peripheral portion of the yoke. The electromagnet includes a spool valve positioned at one end of the case.

Solenoid valve with integrated yoke and bobbin

A spool valve type electromagnetic valve constructed to facilitate production at reduced cost includes a linear solenoid having a spool and a plunger that are coaxially aligned. The linear solenoid also has a rear yoke which is configured by a resin-made bobbin around which a coil is wound and a plunger movably fitted in the resin made bobbin. The linear solenoid also includes a front yoke positioned in the bobbin in coaxial alignment with both the rear yoke and a connecting end of a valve body of the valve. The front yoke, the rear yoke and the resin-made bobbin form an integrated structure produced through insert molding. An alignment facilitating portion is provided between the front yoke and the valve body.
