A thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a (meth)acrylic elastomer (component A), a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of from 180&#xb0; to 350&#xb0; C., and having a functional group reactive with an epoxy group (component B), and a vinyl copolymer having a solubility in tetrahydrofuran and having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule, on average (component C), wherein proportions of each of the components are: 40 to 95 parts by weight of the (meth)acrylic elastomer (component A), 5 to 60 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin (component B), and 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of the vinyl copolymer (component C), a total of the (meth)acrylic elastomer (component A) and the thermoplastic resin (component B) being 100 parts by weight, wherein the component C is constituted by monomer units containing 50% by weight or more of monomer units (monomer unit c1) of which SP value is from 17.5 to 25.0, and wherein a flow beginning temperature is from 180&#xb0; to 350&#xb0; C. The molded article obtainable from the thermoplastic elastomer composition of the present invention can be used in various kinds of fields such as electric and electronic parts, automotive parts, sealants, packing, vibration proofed materials, and tubes.
