The present disclosure relates to a touch detection module and a display device. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a touch detection module comprising a plurality of driving electrodes arranged in parallel in a touch sensing area, a plurality of sensing electrodes crossing the plurality of driving electrodes, a plurality of driving lines arranged in a touch peripheral area of the touch sensing area to supply a touch driving signal to the plurality of driving electrodes, a plurality of sensing lines arranged in the touch peripheral area to transmit sensing signals from the plurality of sensing electrodes, and a plurality of through holes formed in the touch peripheral area.

Touch detection module and display device including the same

A sensing unit including first sensing electrodes arranged in a sensing area, second sensing electrodes electrically isolated from the first sensing electrodes, first identification patterns adjacent to the first sensing electrodes, and second identification patterns adjacent to the second sensing electrodes, in which a number of the first identification patterns is different from a number of the second identification patterns.

Sensing unit

An input sensing unit includes a first sensing electrode, a second sensing electrode crossing the first sensing electrode, a first pen-sensing electrode adjacent to the first sensing electrode and crossing the second sensing electrode, and a second pen-sensing electrode adjacent to the second sensing electrode and crossing the first sensing electrode. A first sensing line is electrically connected to the first sensing electrode. A second sensing line is electrically connected to the second sensing electrode via the active area. A first pen-sensing line is electrically connected to the first pen-sensing electrode. A second pen-sensing line is electrically connected to the second pen-sensing electrode via the active area and disposed between the first sensing electrode and the second sensing line in the active area.

Input sensing unit and display device including the same

A touch sensor including: a substrate including a sensing area and a non-sensing area; a touch electrode disposed on the sensing area of the substrate; a pad part disposed on the non-sensing area of the substrate; a connection line electrically connecting the touch electrode and the pad part, the connection line including a first connection line and a second connection line surrounding upper and side surfaces of the first connection line; a first insulating layer disposed on the connection line, the first insulating layer exposing at least a portion of the second connection line; and a connection electrode formed on the first insulating layer to protrude to the non-sensing area from one end of the touch electrode, the connection electrode being physically connected to the exposed second connection line through the first insulating layer.

Touch sensor

Provided is a sensing unit including first sensing electrodes arranged along a first direction in a sensing area, and second sensing electrodes arranged along a second direction intersecting the first direction. Each of the first sensing electrodes includes a plurality of first mesh lines, and each of the second sensing electrodes includes a plurality of second mesh lines. A line width of the first mesh lines is different from a line width of the second mesh lines.

A display device is provided. A display device includes a display unit, and a touch sensing unit disposed on the display unit, wherein the touch sensing unit includes a substrate, a first sensing electrode disposed on the substrate, wherein the first sensing electrode includes a plurality of touch conductive patterns separated from each other, a second sensing electrode disposed on the same layer as the first sensing electrode and insulated from the first sensing electrode, and a connection electrode electrically connecting the touch conductive patterns to each other, wherein the connection electrode includes a first connection electrode overlapping the second sensing electrode and a second connection electrode not overlapping the second sensing electrode.

Display device with touch sensing unit

A touch sensor for a display device includes: a base layer; a first conductive layer disposed in a sensing region on the base layer; an insulating layer disposed on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer in the sensing region; a first insulating pattern disposed on the second conductive layer; a plurality of signal lines provided in a non-sensing region, the plurality of signal lines being electrically connected to the first and second conductive layers; and a second insulating pattern disposed on the plurality of signal lines. The first insulating pattern and the second insulating pattern include the same material and are provided in the same layer.
