Provided are antibody constructs comprising a first human binding domain capable of binding to human CDH19 on the surface of a target cell and a second domain capable of binding to human CD3 on the surface of a T cell. Also provided are nucleic acids encoding the antibody constructs, vectors comprising the nucleic acids, and host cells transformed or transfected with the vectors. Further provided are a process for the production of the antibody constructs, methods of using the antibody constructs and a kit comprising the antibody constructs.

Antibody constructs for CDH19 and CD3

The invention provides a bispecific antibody construct comprising a first human binding domain capable of binding to human CDH19 on the surface of a target cell and a second domain capable of binding to human CD3 on the surface of a T cell. Moreover, the invention provides a nucleic acid encoding the antibody construct, a vector comprising the nucleic acid and a host cell transformed or transfected with the vector. Furthermore, the invention provides a process for the production of the bispecific antibody construct, a medical use of the antibody construct and a kit comprising the antibody construct. The bispecific antibody construct may be useful in the treatment of melanoma.

The present disclosure provides a human antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof or an antibody construct comprising a human binding domain or antigen binding fragment thereof capable of binding to human CDH19 on the surface of a target cell. The disclosure relates to a nucleic acid sequence encoding the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof contained in the antibody construct, a vector comprising the nucleic acid sequence and a host cell transformed or transfected with the vector. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a process for the production of the antibody construct of the disclosure, a medical use or a method of treatment using the antibody construct and a kit comprising the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof or the antibody construct.
