The present application provide a fingerprint apparatus, which includes: a first cover, a second cover, a sensing layer, a light transmission layer, a light emitter, a light receiver, a chip system and an optical micro electro mechanical system, where the sensing layer acquires touch information of a human and send the touch information to the chip system; the chip system determines a first touch unit in the plurality of touch units corresponding to a location on the first cover touched by the human according to the touch information, and send, to the light emitter, a first instruction for controlling the light emitter to emit the first optical signal, and to the optical micro electro mechanical system, a second instruction for controlling the optical micro electro mechanical system to adjust a propagation path of the first optical signal so that the first optical signal finally reaches the first touch unit.

An optical biometric identification module, a display apparatus, and an electronic device, are provided. The optical biometric identification module includes an optical channel array panel configured to filter lights reflected by an organism; an optical chip configured to generate a biometric identification signal according to the filtered lights received by an optical sensing area of the optical chip; and a circuit board configured to transmit out the biometric identification signal. The optical chip is mounted on the circuit board, and the optical channel array panel is secured on the optical chip and covers at least the optical sensing area of the optical chip, to ensure that the lights received by the optical chip are approximately perpendicular to the optical channel array panel, thereby improving accuracy of the acquired biometric identification signal.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of biometric identification, and in particular, a fingerprint identification apparatus. The fingerprint identification apparatus includes: a substrate, a sensing chip, a first covering layer, and a second covering layer; wherein the sensing chip is arranged on the substrate, the first covering layer is coated over the sensing chip, the second covering layer is coated on an upper surface of the first covering layer, and the second covering layer is an oleophobic and hydrophobic coating. In the fingerprint identification apparatus according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating is arranged on the surface of the fingerprint identification apparatus, where the density of the hydrophobic components is increased and the hydrophobic as well as oleophobic capabilities are enhanced, and thus the fingerprint identification accuracy and fingerprint identification speed in a wet-finger use environment are improved.

The present disclosure provides a biological detection device and a processing method of the same. The biological detection device comprises a chip, a light emitter, a circuit board and a covering layer. The chip comprises a photoelectric converter, and the covering layer is covered on the chip, the photoelectric converter and the light emitter; the covering layer is light transmissive; the light emitter emits light; the photoelectric converter receives the light emitted by the light emitter, and is further used for performing photoelectric converting on the light so as to obtain an electrical signal; the chip detects an object to be detected according to the electrical signal; and the circuit board provides a communication channel and power supply for the chip and the light emitter. The technical solution of the present disclosure can improve flexibility of using the biological detection device, and prevent fingerprint recognition from being cracked by prosthesis.
