Methods and systems for processing machine accelerated and augmented customer data using a Web-Scale Data Fabric (WSDF). According to embodiments, the data may be received as data transfer objects from a set of business operations client applications. The data transfer objects may be analyzed using complex event processing (CEP) and, based on the analyzing, rules specific to the business operations client application may be applied. The methods and systems may semantically classify text specific to the business operations client application. A federated database (FD) may archive the receive data transfer objects as well as analysis data specific to the business operations client application.

Implementation of a web-scale data fabric

In a computer-implemented method for managing network resources within a server cluster, a request for provisioning of an application to be executed by the server cluster may be received. A required amount of bandwidth for the application, and a resource allocation of network bandwidth for the application, may be determined. The application may be provisioned to a network resource within the server cluster with the resource allocation of network bandwidth. It may be determined that an additional application, which utilizes bandwidth in bursts, is to be provisioned to the server cluster. It may further be determined that the server cluster can support bandwidth requirements of the additional application, at least in part by determining that one or more applications currently provisioned to the server cluster are also utilizing bandwidth in bursts. The additional application may then be provisioned to another network resource within the server cluster.

Scalable and secure interconnectivity in server cluster environments

A computer implemented method may manage network resources within a server cluster. The server cluster may include any number or switches and servers connected via one or more network links. In one aspect, the method may receive a request for provisioning of an application and retrieve management data defining a network topology of the server cluster. The method may also determine a maximum network bandwidth for each network link in the server cluster, a required amount of bandwidth for the application and a resource allocation of network bandwidth for the application to accommodate the maximum network bandwidth for each network link. The method may further provision the application to a network resource within the server cluster with the resource allocation of network bandwidth.

Implementation of a web scale data fabric

Methods and systems for processing business operations transactions and associated augmented customer data using a Web-Scale Data Fabric (WSDF). According to embodiments, a plurality of computer servers are configured for economical large scale computation and data storage with resilience despite underpinning commodity hardware failure and grow-shrink capacity changes of nodes and associated interconnectivity. The servers communicate with direct attached storage (DAS) and include a co-processor coupled for computation capacity. The servers can connect to an external computer network (ECN) for external client input and output, as well as other functionalities such as physical-to-virtual network connectivity mapping and maintaining resilient storage of data received from the ECN or computationally derived from the received data.
