A planet carrier for a transmission, in particular for a wind power transmission, can hold a planet axle on which a planet wheel is mounted, wherein a sleeve is arranged in radial direction between the planet axle and the planet wheel. In order to be able to compensate irregularities in the toothing of the planet wheel and still require as little installation space as possible for the planet carrier a sliding layer is arranged between the sleeve on the one hand and the planet wheel on the other hand.

A bearing assembly of a rotor of a wind turbine, for mounting a shaft of the rotor in a fixed housing, wherein the shaft of the rotor is coupled to rotor blades of the rotor via a hub, includes: a plurality of first housing-side axial slide bearing segments engaging on the housing; a plurality of second housing-side axial slide bearing segments; a plurality of first housing-side radial slide bearing segments; and a plurality of second housing-side radial slide bearing segments. An axial distance between the first and second axial sliding surfaces of the rotor defines a bearing length l. The radial sliding surfaces of the rotor on which the first and second radial slide bearing segments are supported, define a bearing diameter d of the bearing assembly, and V&#x2264;1 applies to a ratio V=l/d between the bearing length l and the bearing diameter d.

A bearing assembly for supporting a rotor in a fixed housing includes multiple slide bearing segments, each having a slide bearing body supported against a sliding surface. In the region of each slide bearing segment, the bearing clearance between the respective slide bearing body and the sliding surface is adjustable by an adjustment screw, each adjustment screw having an outer thread via which the screw can be screwed into a recess having an inner thread, each adjustment screw having a groove delimited on both sides by adjustment screw sections. A clamping screw extends through the adjustment screw sections and also through the groove, the adjustment screw sections can be clamped by the clamping screw, whereby each adjustment screw can be secured in the respective recess.
