The invention relates to a mixing device for mixing a fluid in a container, in particular of a fluid system, comprising a fluid supply and at least one outlet arm with an outlet opening, the fluid supply being connected to the at least one outlet arm in a fluid-communicating fashion. According to the invention, the outlet opening, for an outlet of the fluid, is oriented towards an outlet direction in order to set the fluid in the container rotating at least in sections thereof.

A device for setting at least one operating parameter of ink for a printing process of a rotary printing press having an inking system which has a doctor blade device with a doctor blade chamber containing the ink for the printing process, and an ink reservoir from which ink can be supplied to the doctor blade chamber, includes a supply system which allows ink to be supplied inside the inking system. The supply system can be switched to a setting mode (I) or to a production mode (II), the operating parameter being automatically set in the setting mode (I) and no ink being supplied to the doctor blade chamber, and the supply system supplying ink to the doctor blade chamber in the production mode (II).

Device for adjusting an operating parameter of ink for a printing process of a rotary printing press as well as method therefor

A color system of a rotary printing press includes a doctor blade device with a doctor blade chamber containing ink for a printing process, an ink reservoir from which ink is supplied to the doctor blade chamber, and a supply system which allows ink to be supplied inside the color system. The color system is connected to a storage reservoir into which ink from the color system is introduced, to a solvent reservoir containing solvent for cleaning the color system, and to a refuse container into which ink soiled by the solvent is introduced. The supply system cleans the color system by automatically pumping off ink to the storage reservoir, and automatically cleaning with the solvent, by collecting the ink in the ink reservoir and supplying the solvent to the refuse container.

An ink chamber doctor blade for acting upon an ink transfer roll of a rotary press with a fluid, in particular with a printing ink, has an ink chamber, which is filled with ink during printing, and which extends in an axial direction of the ink transfer roll, and two doctor blades which are in physical contact with the ink transfer roll during printing and which extend in the axial direction of the ink transfer roll. At least one additional doctor blade can be inserted into the ink chamber doctor blade and can be fixed by holding devices inside the ink chamber. The holding device has at least one element, which is pretensioned by elastic force against at least one counter holder, and with which the additional doctor blade can be pressed against the counter holder.

Doctor blade chamber

A process and a device supply printing ink to and remove link from a doctor blade device of the inking system of a rotary printing press. The device has a doctor blade support provided with a linearly extending groove and with doctor blades that are contacted with an inking roller or screen roller, the blades forming together with the inking roller and the groove an inking chamber. The device has conduits and motor-driven pump devices that supply ink to and remove ink from the inking chamber. The motors are preadjusted in terms of their parameters and are not modifiable during operation. A portion of the ink from the flow of ink supplied to the doctor blade device can be diverted to an ink supply source, and/or a portion of the ink from the flow of ink removed from the doctor blade device can be returned to the ink supply conduit.

Method and device for supplying printing ink to and carrying it off from a doctor blade device of the inking system of a rotary printing press and/or for cleaning the doctor blade device

A doctor blade device of a rinsable ink application device of a rotary press is cleaned by first pumping ink back out of an ink chamber of the doctor blade device via a discharge line into an ink tank. Subsequently, from a solvent tank and via a feed line, solvent is directed into the ink chamber. During a predetermined time span, solvent is directed via the discharge line into the ink tank. Subsequently, the solvent, which is still contaminated with ink, is pumped into a contaminant chamber within a predetermined time span. The solvent flow from the solvent tank is interrupted and the solvent is pumped into the contaminant tank. Fresh solvent is then pumped via the feed line into the ink chamber, the suction line to the solvent tank is closed, and the solvent is pumped via the feed and discharge lines within a closed rinsing cycle for a predetermined amount of time. The circulating solvent is then directed into the contaminant tank.
