A leaf spring assembly for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle comprises a leaf spring of fibre-reinforced plastics for resiliently supporting a wheel carrier of the motor vehicle. The leaf spring comprises a first end portion, a spring portion, a bendable portion and a second end portion. The leaf spring further comprises a first receiving device for supporting the first end portion and a second receiving device for supporting a second end portion. The first receiving device and the second receiving device are designed such that the first end portion and the second end portion are held in a non-displaceable way relative to one another. At least one of the first and second receiving devices are designed such that the respective associated end portion is supported in a moment-free way in the receiving device.

The invention relates to a method of producing a divided tube stabilizer having a swivel motor () mutually coupling two tube stabilizer halves (), a first tube stabilizer half () being non-rotatably connected with a first connection part () of the swivel motor, and a second stabilizer half () being non-rotatably connected with a second connection part () of the swivel motor (). In order to achieve that the tube stabilizer halves can be easily linked in a non-rotatable manner with the connection parts of the swivel motor, the following process steps are suggested:

Method of producing divided tube stabilizers having a swivel motor

The invention relates to a method for the thermomechanical treatment of steel. According to said method, the parent material is heated to a temperature in excess of the re-crystallization temperature, the structure is austenitized, held at an equalized temperature and then formed and subsequently quenched to form martensite and tempered. Round steel bars, whose re-crystallization temperature is adjusted over the bar length in a compensation furnace, constitute the parent material. The round steel bars are subsequently re-modeled by cross-rolling, remaining substantially straight and after the critical deformation degree has been exceeded are subjected to dynamic re-crystallization processes. The round steel bars are then subjected to a post-heating process above the Ac3 temperature, in order to undergo a complete static re-crystallization and finally are quenched from the austenitic state to form martensite and tempered.
