A distributed low energy dynamic thermal management system for solid matter prevention and control in oil and gas transportation pipeline includes a pipeline data monitoring terminal, a current and an electric pulse control terminal, a land console, an electric heating terminal, a wiring flange, an oil and gas transportation pipeline, a valve structure. The system monitors the state of the pipeline in real time by the pipeline data monitoring terminal, and transmits the monitoring data to the current and electric pulse control terminal in real time, the current and electric pulse control terminal produces different thermal responses to the electric heating terminal according to the state in the tube, raises the temperature inside the tube by generating a continuous current, unblocks pipeline by generating high power electric pulse, so as to realize real-time monitoring and local temperature dynamic control of oil and gas transportation pipeline.

An experimental apparatus for studying an interfacial shear characteristic between a hydrate-bearing sediment and a structure includes a triaxial shear pressure cell, a torsional and axial loading device, a methane gas source, an upper computer, a first pressure-volume controller, a water bath device, a second pressure-volume controller, an oil tank, a back pressure valve, a gas-water separator, a gas flowmeter, and a data acquisition system, where the triaxial shear pressure cell includes an upper pressing plate, an upper fixed disc, a loading rod, a pressure chamber upper cover, a high-pressure sealing cover, a lower rotating base disc, a thermal insulation plate, a lower pressing plate, a top cap, and a base. The experimental apparatus can achieve in-situ artificial hydrate formation for the study. The multi-directional load control-based shear method supports interfacial shear experiments under a complex stress path, providing hardware support for studying the interfacial shear mechanical characteristic.

A cold storage system and method are provided. The cold storage system includes a chiller, a hydrate-based cold storage tank, a gas disturbance generator, a concentration detector, a heat exchanger, a direct-current power supply and circuit controller, and a system monitor. Chiller provides a secondary refrigerant at a low temperature. The secondary refrigerant flows through a coil in the hydrate-based cold storage tank for a heat exchange. The gas disturbance generator induces hydrate nucleation. The concentration detector monitors a concentration of a hydrate solution in real time. The heat exchanger is equipped with a finned tube heat exchanger with a fan, to improve the cold supply efficiency of the cold storage system. The system monitor monitors a state change of the system in real time through a set of temperature-pressure sensor modules. Several cold energy supply modes can be realized in the present disclosure by adjusting opening/dosing of valves.

Internal circulation type clathrate hydrate-based cold storage system and method

An experimental apparatus for planar interfacial shear of a hydrate-bearing sediment includes a planar interfacial shear box, a torsional and axial loading device, a nitrogen gas source, a methane gas source, a pressure-volume controller, a water bath device, a back pressure valve, a gas-water separator, a gas flowmeter, and a data acquisition system. The planar interfacial shear box includes an upper pressing plate, an upper adapter, an upper thermal insulation plate, a ram adapter, a lower ram, an upper base, a lower base, a lower thermal insulation plate, a lower adapter, and a lower pressing plate that are coaxially connected in sequence from top to bottom. The experimental apparatus offers a simple specimen preparation method, enabling in-situ formation of a hydrate-bearing sediment in the shear box. The experimental apparatus ensures uniform stress distribution during shearing, and can acquire the interfacial shear mechanical characteristic between the hydrate-bearing sediment and a structure.

The present disclosure relates to the field of COgeological sequestration, and provides a whole-process multi-parameter monitoring device and method for simulating COgeological sequestration and use thereof. A large-scale reactor body is developed, and a geological reservoir at a depth of 800 to 3000 meters is simulated. A modular built-in model device is researched and developed, a multi-type and variable-structure reservoir remodeling technology is developed, and mutual coupling of modules can be achieved. The design idea of separating the pressure reactor from the built-in sample model is adopted in the device. The confining pressure, the pore pressure, the temperature gradient, and the axial load of the device can be independently controlled through a temperature control mechanism and a loading mechanism respectively, so that the restoration of the state of in-situ stresses in the reservoir is realized.

Whole-process multi-parameter monitoring device and method for simulating COgeological sequestration and use thereof

The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of heat exchangers, and provides a heat exchanger based on a Gyroid/Diamond (GD-type) hybrid minimal surface-based disturbance structure. The heat exchanger includes a core, headers, and flanges. The core includes a cold fluid channel and a hot fluid channel, the cold fluid channel and the hot fluid channel are separated by a parting sheet. An inlet and an outlet of the cold fluid channel are separated from an inlet and an outlet of the hot fluid channel by sealing bars. A GD-type hybrid minimal surface-based disturbance structure is inserted into the hot fluid channel. A cold fluid and a hot fluid are distributed in a cross-flow manner.

The present disclosure provides an apparatus and a method for hydrate-based wastewater treatment and cold storage. The apparatus for hydrate-based wastewater treatment and cold storage includes a water chilling unit, a hydrate-based cold storage tank, an airflow disturbance device, a water layer positioning system, a spraying system, a suction filtration system, a heat exchange system, and a system monitoring device. The water chilling unit provides a secondary refrigerant at a low temperature. The secondary refrigerant flows through an evaporator coil in the hydrate-based cold storage tank for heat exchange. The airflow disturbance device induces hydrate nucleation. The water layer positioning system positions a contact surface between a water layer and a hydrate former after hydrate decomposition to facilitate drawing and separation of the treated upper water layer. The spraying system and the suction filtration system enhance the solid-liquid separation efficiency to improve the removal rate of pollutants.

Apparatus and method for hydrate-based wastewater treatment and cold storage

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, and provides a wastewater treatment method and apparatus based on hydrate-based water vapor adsorption. The apparatus includes a wastewater evaporation zone, a hydrate formation zone, a hydrate decomposition zone, and a data acquisition and control system. Rising water vapor and condensed water formed during evaporation of wastewater at normal temperature react with a hydrate former on a cooling wall surface to form a hydrate, continuous evaporation of the wastewater is promoted, the hydrate is scraped off to a collecting zone below by a scraper after being formed, and the hydrate is decomposed into fresh water, thereby realizing wastewater treatment. The present disclosure provides a method for treating complex wastewater containing a plurality of pollutants, where water vapor is consumed to form the hydrate to promote wastewater evaporation, and water obtained from the decomposition does not contain pollutants theoretically.

The present invention discloses a hydrate energy-storage temperature-control material and a preparation method therefor. The material includes a refrigerant hydrate and a cross-linked polymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, preparing a refrigerant hydrate by using a high-pressure reactor, and conducting grinding, crushing and sieving to obtain hydrate particles; then, uniformly spraying polytetrafluoroethylene suspended ultrafine powder onto the surface of the hydrate particles by using an electrostatic spraying device, and putting the hydrate particles into a plasma instrument to modify polytetrafluoroethylene so as to allow free radicals to be formed on the polytetrafluoroethylene powder surface; finally, subjecting monomers to graft polymerization with the free radicals on the polytetrafluoroethylene surface under the irradiation of a high-pressure mercury lamp of UV lighting system to stabilize the structure of the material, preparing a final product. According to the present invention, a hydrate energy-storage temperature-control material with good stability is prepared. A method capable of preparing various types of refrigerant hydrate materials is provided. The product can give full play to the advantages of hydrate energy storage and temperature control, can be periodically used, and can be used in various fields such as building, refrigeration, etc.

The present invention discloses an electric heating thermal management system for an oil and gas transportation pipeline based on renewable energy and COenergy storage. It transmits the feedback data value through a data collection device arranged in the pipeline to the early warning device by the control device. After analysis and processing, the early warning device can feed back the data value to the control device and the remote operation device in two modes. Different degrees of heating amount can be generated for the oil and gas transportation pipelines at different positions in different modes. Hierarchical and distributed management control for the oil and gas transportation pipelines can be targetedly conducted in unblocked, easily blocked and blocked positions of the oil and gas transportation pipeline. R134a can be used to synthesize particulates/coking waste gases into gas hydrate, which can realize the simultaneous removal of particulates/coking waste gases with no pollution and low energy consumption. The system comprises a waste heat recovery device, a gas hydrate primary dust removal tower, a solid-liquid separation primary tower, a gas hydrate secondary dust removal tower, a solid-liquid separation secondary tower, a gas hydrate decomposition pool, a gas-solid separation tower and a low temperature fractionation device. The present invention can achieve the removal of harmful substances such as heavy metals and coking waste gases while removing particulates. Compared with the current particulate control and waste gas treatment device, the gas hydrate method-based device is greatly simplified and can effectively remove multiple pollutants and realize energy saving and environmental protection.
