A gas absorption spectrum measuring system, including a light source, a light source controller, a light intensity detector and a computing module is provided. The light source emits a light. The light source controller regulates a wavelength of the light. The light intensity detector detects an intensity of the light which is generated by the light source and passes through at least one target gas. The computing module includes a numerical processor and a storage unit. The storage unit stores a spectral database. The numerical processor fits an absorption spectrum of the at least one target gas and a standard spectrum in the spectral database, performs a similarity comparison operation to obtain a temperature and a pressure of the at least one target gas with a minimum residual value, and determines a species concentration of the at least one target gas according to the minimum residual value.

A method for fabricating a bi-polar plate of a fuel cell and the bi-polar plate thereof are presented. A graphite film is formed first. Next, a polymeric material added with electrically conductive powder is coated on a surface of a metal substrate. A gas diffusion layer, a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The gas diffusion layer having different hydrophilic/hydrophobic structure and channel therein can be manufactured quickly and easily by using a coating mask. The gas diffusion layer is used in various fuel cells to enhance the ability of water management and to solve the problem of flooding at the cathode, the problem of water deficit at the anode, and the problem of gas transfer. The gas diffusion layer includes a gas diffusion medium having a first property and a micro porous layer having a second property. The micro porous layer is formed on one surface of the gas diffusion medium. The micro porous layer has a plurality of channel layers penetrating the gas diffusion medium. One of the first property and the second property is hydrophilic, and the other is hydrophobic.

An external gas humidifier for fuel cell transfers recycled high-temperature waste heat produced by the fuel cell to a reactant gas, such as hydrogen or air, which is guided into the external gas humidifier. The heated reactant gas is treated in the external gas humidifier to effectively increase the moisture content of the reactant gas within a shortened time. When the humidified reactant gas enters into the fuel cell, it enables a polymeric membrane in the fuel cell to be well humidified to thereby enhance the power generation efficiency and service life of the fuel cell.
