A linear guideway includes a rail, a slider disposed on the rail, and a load passage formed between the rail and the slider. The slider has two non-load passages penetrating through two opposite end surfaces of the slider. Each of two ends of each non-load passage is provided with a force sensor. Two end caps are disposed on two opposite end surfaces of the slider respectively and each have two circulation grooves. Each circulation groove is connected to an end of the load passage and an end of the non-load passage to form a circulation channel for balls to move therein. As a result, the linear guideway of the present invention employs force sensors to sense the force-receiving state of two ends of the non-load passages when they are impacted by the balls, so that it can be determined that if the balls have an abnormal pressing state.

Linear guideway capable of detecting abnormal circulation state

A linear guideway is characterized in that it is capable of determining whether there is abnormal displacement of the return member based on the open or close of the circuit, and can output the abnormal signal immediately when the circuit is open. Compared with the conventional structure, since the present invention can be disposed only at one end of the slide block, both the number of components and assembly time can be reduced, and the diagnosis with precision and immediacy can be performed without high-deep algorithm, which can play a role of instant reminding before the linear guideway completely loses function. Therefore, the service life of the linear guideway can be known early to avoid the loss caused by the shutdown.

A linear guideway includes a rail, a slider disposed on the rail, and a load passage formed between the rail and the slider. The slider has two non-load passages. Besides, a first end cap and a second end cap are disposed on two opposite end surfaces of the slider respectively. The first end cap has two first circulation grooves. The second end cap has a circulation member and a seal sheet. The circulation member has two second circulation grooves. The load passage, non-load passage, first circulation groove and second circulation groove collectively form a circulation channel for balls to move therein. A force sensor is disposed between the circulation member and the seal sheet. As a result, through the rigidity difference between the first and second end caps accompanied with the force sensor, it can be determined that if there is an abnormal circulation state.

A linear guide with lubrication device includes: a elongate rail; a slide module slidably mounted on the elongate rail and including a slide block and two recirculation members, which are respectively mounted to two end faces of the slide block and include a plurality of recirculation passages, in which at least one of the recirculation members includes a lubricant reservoir and a fixing through hole formed therein such that the lubricant reservoir, the recirculation passage, and the fixing through hole are in communication with each other and the lubricant reservoir receives lubricant filled therein; an application member received in the fixing through hole; a transferring member covering the application member and the transferring member absorbing and transferring lubricant to the application member. Rolling bodies, when moving through the recirculation passage, may contact the application member to have lubricant applied thereto.

A linear guideway with quick-release scraping plates includes: a linear guideway, two end caps, and two scraping plates. The end caps are each provided with a cantilever hook, and the scraping plates are each provided with an abutting protrusion to which the cantilever hook can be hooked, so that the assembly of the scaping plate in accordance with the present invention is very easy since it only requires the displacement of the scraping plate in one direction, and the disassembly of the scraping plate is also very convenient since it only requires the use of a rod.

A linear module with a support device includes a base; two pivot seats fixed on the base; a screw disposed between the two pivot seats; a rail fixed to the base; a movable platform and two support members sleeved onto the screw and movable along the rail; a wheel rotatably disposed on the platform; a connecting member; and a cover. The support members are located at two ends of the platform, and the wheel includes a first wheel portion and a second wheel portion smaller in diameter than the first wheel portion. The connecting member includes two connecting ends fixed to the support members and a connecting bottom surface for pressing against the second wheel portion. The cover includes two cover ends fixed to the two pivot seats, and a cover bottom surface pressing against the first wheel portion.

A support structure for a ball screw includes a base, two pivot seats mounted on the base, a screw disposed between the two pivot seats, at least one guide rail fixed on the base, a first guide block fixed on the base and provided with a first slanting surface, a second guide block fixed on the base and provided with a second slanting surface, a support seat slidably mounted on the guide rails and located below the screw, a nut unit sleeved on the screw and slidably disposed on the guide rails, and a drive assembly fixed at the nut unit. The support structure for a ball screw has a simple structure, a low maintenance cost and a longer service life.
