A dipole antenna includes an elongate substrate and a first, second, and third conductive pieces on the substrate, the first conductive piece having a main part, a straight part, and a bent part, a free end of the straight part defining a feeding point, the second conductive piece having a bent portion, two U-shaped portions, and a ground portion, wherein the main part of the first conductive piece includes a connecting portion connected to the straight part, a meander portion connected at one end thereof to the connecting portion, and an end portion connected to an opposite end of the meander portion, and the straight part of the first conductive piece is disposed between the two U-shaped portions of the second conductive piece.

Dipole antenna

An antenna comprises a main body and a cable connecting to the main body. The main body has a grounding portion, a cantilevered arm, a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion connects the grounding portion and the cantilevered arm. The first connecting portion is located at the upper side of the cantilevered arm and defines a first slot with the cantilevered arm. The second connecting portion connects the grounding portion and the cantilevered arm. The second connecting portion is located at the lower side of the cantilevered arm and defines a second slot with the cantilevered arm.

Antenna and antenna assembly

An antenna includes a grounding portion extending in a longitudinal direction, a main body and an isolating portion extending from the grounding portion, a metal foil assembled on the grounding portion and a coaxial cable connecting the main body. The grounding portion includes a first section and a second section connecting with each other. The main body extends from the first section while the isolating portion extends from the second section. The isolating portion locates beside the main body in the longitudinal direction and defines a gap therebetween.

Antenna with high isolation

An antenna assembly includes a main body, a coaxial cable connecting the main body and an isolating member located beside the main body. The main body includes a grounding portion extending in a longitudinal direction, a radiating portion extending in the longitudinal direction and a connecting portion connecting the grounding portion and the radiating portion. The coaxial cable includes an inner conductor connecting the connecting portion and an outer conductor surrounding the inner conductor and connecting the grounding portion. The isolating member located beside the main body in a side by side manner and defined a gap therebetween.

Antenna assembly with high isolation

A planar inverted-F antenna includes an antenna body including a grounding portion, a first and a second radiating arm extending in a lengthwise direction substantially, a coaxial cable and a metal foil attached the grounding portion. The first radiating arm and the second radiating arm extend in opposite directions from a joint point thereof, the joint point and the grounding portion connect with each other by a connecting portion. A first slot is defined between the first radiating arm and the grounding arm, a second slot is defined between the second radiating arm and the grounding portion. A coaxial cable includes a core soldered to the joint point and a shielding layer soldered to the grounding portion. The metal foil covers a most portion of the grounding portion, thereby exposes a first end of the grounding portion near to the first radiating arm to an exterior.

Planar inverted-F antenna

An antenna includes a grounding portion extending in a longitudinal direction, a radiating portion extending in the longitudinal direction and parallel with the grounding portion, a connecting portion connecting the grounding portion and the radiating portion in a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and a coaxial cable. The coaxial cable comprises an inner conductor and an outer conductor surrounding the inner conductor, wherein the inner conductor comprises a first feed point connecting the connecting portion and a second feed point connecting the radiating portion, one part of the connecting portion is shortened serving as a shortened section between the first and second feed points.

Antenna with multiple feed points

An antenna includes a grounding portion extending in a longitudinal direction and defining a first end and a second end opposite to each other, a first arm extending from the first end of the grounding portion and towards the second end and defining a first slot with the grounding portion, and a second arm extending from the second end of the grounding portion and towards the first end and defining a second slot. The first arm includes a free end close to the second end defining an opening between the free end and the second end. A coaxial cable includes an inner conductor and an outer conductor, which connects the free end of the first arm and the second end of the grounding portion, respectively, to form a loop around the first slot.

Antenna

An antenna includes a grounding portion with a grounding feed point, a radiating plane and a coaxial cable. The grounding portion extends in a lengthwise direction defining two ends opposite to each other in the lengthwise direction. The radiating plane extends upwardly from a lengthwise edge of the grounding portion. The radiating plane includes a first arm extending from one end of the lengthwise edge and a second arm extending from the opposite end. The first arm defines a signal feed point and a first radiating portion while the second arm is defined as a second radiating portion. The coaxial cable includes a core linking to the signal feed point and a shielding layer linking to the grounding feed point. The second arm surrounds the first arm in the radiating plane.

Multi-band antenna

An multi-band antenna includes a base section including a first end and a second end opposite to each other, a first radiating arm and a second radiating arm extending opposite to each other from the first end and locating on two opposite sides of the base section in a longitudinal direction, and a loop conductive portion extending from the base section. The loop conductive portion includes a grounding portion locating adjacent to the second end of the base section and a connecting portion extending in the longitudinal direction. The connecting portion is located on the same side of the base section with the first radiating arm.

A multi-band antenna for assembling to an insulation base and metal base of an electronic device comprises: a radiating element; a first connecting element; a second connecting element; a grounding element; and a first grounding foil and a second grounding foil respectively electrically connected to the second connecting element and the grounding element along a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the transversal direction and extending to the metal base. The first grounding foil and the second grounding foil has a first part respectively extending from the second connecting and grounding element to a joint line between the insulation and the metal base and a second part attached to the metal base. A slot is formed among the first part of the first grounding foil, the first part of the second grounding foil, the second connecting element, and the joint line between the insulation base and the metal base.

An electrical connector assembly is adapted for electrical connecting and retained on a wireless module with a receptacle RF connector mounted on an end of the wireless module is provided. The assembly includes a coaxial cable connector including a connector end and a coaxial cable extending from the connector end and a retention member including a main base and a retention cavity in front of the main base, the main base defining a corresponding cable receiving groove through a front end and a rear end of the main base. The retention cavity further defines a projecting portion elastically pressing against a surface of the end of the wireless module when the end of the wireless module, the receptacle RF connector and the connector end of the coaxial cable connector are receiving in the retention cavity and the coaxial cable go through the cable receiving groove.

A multi-band antenna includes a grounding element, a first antenna working on a wireless wide area network, a second antenna working on a wireless local area network, and a third antenna operating on a wireless local area network. The first antenna includes a first conductive piece, a first radiating element extending from the first conductive arm, a coupling radiating element and a feeding line. The second antenna includes a second conductive piece, a first resonant element extending from the second conductive piece, a second resonant element and a feeding line. The third antenna includes a third conductive element, a first conductive arm extending from the third conductive element and a second conductive arm and a feeding line. The first conductive piece is connected to the second conductive piece.

Multi-band combined antenna

A multi-band antenna (), comprising a grounding element () extending horizontally along a longitudinal direction, comprising a side edge () with a connecting point () and a grounding point () distanced from the connecting point by a length; a radiating element () disposed at an upper level parallel to the grounding element and defining a first end and a second end, and operating in a first frequency band; a connecting element () located between the radiating element and the grounding element, comprising a first portion () connecting to the first end of the radiating element and a second portion () linking to said connecting point of the grounding element; a parasitic element () extending from the second portion of the connecting element towards the second end of the radiating element along the longitudinal direction, and operating in a second frequency band; a feeding point () disposed on the second portion of the connecting element and under the parasitic element; and a feeding line () comprising an inner conductor connected to the feeding point and an outer conductor connected to the grounding point; wherein said connecting element, the grounding element, the feeding point and the grounding point together forming a slot () operating in a third frequency band.

A multi-band antenna includes a grounding element having a side edge, a connecting element, and a radiating element. The radiating element is electrically connected to the grounding element via the connecting element, and includes a first radiating portion and a second radiating portion respectively extending from the connecting element. The connecting element includes a folded connecting arm extending along three dimensions. A slot is formed between the connecting arm and the grounding element.

Low-profile three-dimensional antenna

An antenna assembly includes a grounding element with a first edge and a second edge, a first antenna and a second antenna. The first antenna and the second antenna respectively extend from the first side edge and the second side edge of the grounding element, and each includes a connecting element with an opening, a radiating element upward extending from the connecting element and a feeding line. The two openings of the two antennas respectively face two opposite directions. The radiating element of the first antenna is above the second side edge of the grounding element, and the radiating element of the second antenna is above the first side edge of the grounding element.
