Provided is a display panel, comprising a substrate, and a display area and a non-display area formed on the substrate; wherein metal traces are disposed on one side of the non-display area to electrically connect an integrated circuit in the non-display area with an external structure integrated with a driver integrated circuit (IC) for driving the integrated circuit in the non-display area by the external structure integrated with the driver IC to illuminate the display area. By bonding the driver IC to the external structure, the area ratio of the bonding area of the driver IC on the display panel is reduced to increase the screen occupation ratio of the display panel.

The present invention teaches a signal processing method and a signal processing device for simplifying TCON. The method includes the steps of: receiving a low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) signal and decoding the LVDS signal to obtain TCON signal width, period, and look-up table. The LVDS signal includes a clock signal and five data signals. TCON parameters are encoded in the empty differential pairs in the first bits of the last two data signals within continuous cycles. The TCON parameters include TCON signal width, period, and look-up table. By the present invention, TCON obtains TCON parameters from LVDS in a same sequence as they are stored in prior art's EEPROM. TCON resource is as such saved, and an external EEPROM may be omitted for lower production cost, under identical operation condition.

Method and device for simplifying TCON signal processing

The present application discloses a mobile apparatus includes a light emitting unit, a touch sensor unit, a display panel and a control circuit; wherein the light emitting unit providing backlight to the display panel, the touch sensor unit is disposed on the light emitting unit and electrically connected to the control circuit. The present application is by disposing the touch sensor unit on the light-emitting unit and electrically connected to the control circuit, so that the mobile apparatus does not need to additional provide a FPC need to be adhesive to the cover plate to dispose the touch sensor unit, to save the cost and eliminate the adhesion process.

That is, the absorbed rays may be converted into thermal energy heating up the liquid crystal panel. Thus, even at a low temperature, the LCD may function normally.

A TFT array substrate and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The TFT array substrate includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area, and at least a Schottky diode on the non-display area. The Schottky diode includes an anode layer and a cathode layer on the substrate, a gate insulation layer on the substrate covering the anode and cathode layers, a first gate on the gate insulation layer covering portions of the anode and cathode layers, an inter-layer insulation layer on the gate insulation layer covering the first gate and having a number of vias exposing the anode and cathode layers, respectively, and a first electrode and a second electrode in the vias on the inter-layer insulation layer connecting the anode and cathode layers, respectively. The present disclosure achieves simplified manufacturing process and reduced cost by forming the Schottky diode simultaneously when the TFT is formed.
