A system for creating folds in textiles. The system includes a tooling plate, a loading assembly, a fold mechanism, a wrangler mechanism, and a door mechanism. The loading assembly enable a user to load a textile into the system. The fold mechanism creates folds in the textile. The wrangler mechanism compacts a textile after folds have been created in it to retain and tighten the folds. The door mechanism opens and closes an opening in the tooling plate through which textiles can be transferred away from the wrangler mechanism. Preferably, the system may also include a robot arm equipped to transfer textiles about the system and a tying machine for applying bindings to textiles.

A biopsy device includes a needle extending distally from a body. The needle includes a transverse aperture, a first lumen, and a second lumen. A cutter is movable within the first lumen to sever tissue protruding through the transverse aperture. A valve assembly is operable to change the pneumatic state of the second lumen. The valve assembly includes a valve body and a translating member slidably disposed in a bore of the valve body. The valve body includes a first port and a second port. The first port is in fluid communication with the second lumen of the needle. The second port is in fluid communication with atmospheric air. The translating member selectively couples the first port with the second port based on the longitudinal position of the translating member within the bore. The translating member translates relative to the valve body based on the position of the cutter.

A torch includes a body, a fuel tank and a microjet burner. The torch also includes an ignition button that is movable relative to the body between an upper position and a depressed position, and a cap assembly, which includes a lower cap and a safety cap rotatably coupled with the lower cap. The safety cap includes an ignition button guard, defines a flame portal, and is rotatable between a closed position and an armed position. When the safety cap is in the closed position, the ignition button guard is aligned with the ignition button and inhibits access to the ignition button, and the safety cap covers the microjet burner. When the safety cap is in the armed position, the flame portal is aligned with the microjet burner, and the ignition button guard is misaligned with the ignition button, and access to the ignition button is unobstructed.

A patient interface device that includes a support member sized and configured to span at least a portion of a patient's face while remaining below the patient's eyes responsive to the patient interface device being donned by such a patient and a sealing assembly operatively coupled to the support member such that the support member is moveable relative to the support member. The support member defines a gas carrying conduit adapted to carry a flow of gas to the sealing assembly. The support member is a single-piece unitary member and includes a conduit coupling portion adapted to be coupled to a patient circuit.

Disclosed herein is a durable lighting apparatus having a plurality of light sockets arranged within a translucent housing such that when the light sockets are fitted with lamps and energized the lamps emit a substantially isotropic radiation pattern through the translucent housing. The light sockets are preferably attached to a flexible substrate which allows the device to absorb shock without damaging the sockets. In a preferred embodiment, the socket assembly is permitted to slide vertically along a central column where shock-absorbing devices are positioned above and below the socket assembly.

A patient interface assembly that includes a patient interface device, a headgear, and pivoting coupling member joining the interface device to a headgear assembly. In one embodiment, the patient interface device is a nasal cushion that includes a formable support mounted to the nasal cushion for providing support and adjustment of the nasal cushion to improve fit and comfort. In a further embodiment, a pair of rigid connecting members couple the patient interface device to the headgear.

A sheet product dispenser includes a housing comprising a dispenser opening for dispensing sheet product, and a water resistance means attached to a periphery of the dispenser opening, the water resistance means includes a means for housing the sheet product, a repositionable chute door movable between an open and a closed position, a chute seal between the housing means and the dispenser opening, and at least a door seal between the housing means and the chute door.
