A harvesting reel of an agricultural harvester having a plurality of support members mounted to a frame and a plurality of tines press-fitted onto the support member is disclosed. The plurality of tines includes a cam for securely attaching the tine to the support member via a press-fit application to forego the need for any additional separate fasteners and tools necessary for production of the harvesting reel and maintenance upkeep of the plurality of tines on the harvesting reel.

A vehicle cooling system is provided having a heat exchanger, a cooling fan, and a fan shroud. The vehicle cooling system has a variable cooling fan immersion system that uses a control system and a variable cooling fan immersion depth adjustment mechanism to control the percentage of cooling fan immersion into the space enclosed by the fan shroud. The variable cooling fan immersion system is used to maximize the efficiency of a variable pitch cooling fan, a variable speed cooling fan drive, or both.

A diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) delivery system includes a tank for DEF, usually a urea aqueous solution, and a pump receiving the DEF from the tank for pressurization and delivery through a nozzle to the exhaust system of a work machine. A breather assembly is provided for the DEF tank and includes a housing having an inlet for ambient air and a particle filter adjacent the inlet for filtering particles. A hydrophobic membrane is interposed between the particle filter and an outlet leading to the tank for preventing outflow of DEF vapor and condensate.

A cutting assembly for a header of a plant-cutting machine includes a blade assembly fastened to a head assembly, which is configured to be drivingly connected to a motor. The cutting assembly is suitable for mounting proximate to the center of the header, in an end-to-end relation with another cutting assembly. Removal of the blade assembly from the head assembly can be efficiently effected by releasing or removing a small number of fasteners, thus allowing an operator to readily remove or replace the blade assembly as needed.
