An electric axle arrangement for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes a drivable axle that is or can be drivingly connected to an electric machine, a coolant sump with liquid coolant, and an elevated tank, wherein the liquid coolant is delivered from the coolant sump into the elevated tank via a gearwheel attached to the axle. The elevated tank is connected to a cooling system for cooling the electric machine via a switchable valve. When the valve is closed during an idling operation, the return flow of the coolant into the coolant sump via the cooling system is prevented, and drag losses in the idling operation of the electric machine are reduced, because more coolant collects in the elevated tank and the gearwheel therefore encounters a reduced quantity of coolant in the sump.

Electric axle arrangement and drive train for a motor vehicle having an electric axle arrangement of this kind

A housing for an electric machine includes a substantially cup-shaped outer housing having a first base portion and a first tubular portion adjoining the base portion. An inner housing, which has a substantially cup-shaped form, is arranged in the outer housing and has a second base portion and a second tubular portion adjoining the base portion. A cover is connected or connectable to the outer housing and/or the inner housing. At least one cooling channel is formed between the first tubular portion and the second tubular portion. A pocket is formed in the first base portion and forms a first cavity together with the second base portion, and a second cavity is formed in the cover. The first cavity is fluidically connected to the cooling channel via a first bore and the second cavity is fluidically connected to the cooling channel via a second bore.

Housing for an electric machine and electric machine comprising such a housing

A transfer gearbox device, comprising a differential gear with a crown wheel in a first oil chamber, and a friction clutch in a second oil chamber. The first oil chamber comprises a first oil sump and the second oil chamber comprises a second oil sump. A valve is between the first oil chamber and the second oil chamber. When the valve is open, oil can pass via the valve out of the first oil chamber into the second oil chamber. When the valve is closed, oil cannot pass via the valve out of the first oil chamber. When the valve is open, by rotating the crown wheel, oil is conveyed by the crown wheel from the first oil sump into a first oil collector and is guided therefrom via a first oil guide and via the valve to the friction clutch cool and/or to lubricate the friction clutch.

Transfer gearbox device

An actuator arrangement for a drive train including a shifting element moveable between first and second shifting positions, a shifting mechanism operable in a first shifting operation to actuate the shifting element, and a holding mechanism operable to hold to shifting element in both of the first and second shifting positions. The shifting mechanism includes an axially displaceable pushing element. The holding mechanism has a latching element fixed to the shifting element and a latching contour formed on a first shaft element. The latching element is configured to engage the latching contour when the shifting element is located in the second shifting position. The latching element is released from the latching contour via a second shifting operation by the pushing element.
