Systems and methods for providing orientation data to a user during a medical procedure performed on a subject are provided. The system can include a medical device, an electrical component and a display device. The medical device is configured to engage a portion the subject and includes a handle. The electrical component is disposed within the handle and is configured to generate data related to an orientation of the medical device during the medical procedure. The display device is physically separate from the medical device and in communication the electrical component. The display device also includes a processor configured to receive and process the data related to the orientation of the medical device, and display information related to the orientation of the medical device to the user based on the data.

Systems and methods for advanced medical device placement and usage

Implementations of devices for use in cervical spinal operations. Implementations may include a template including a central hole therethrough and two or more screw holes therethrough. The central hole may be configured to be inserted over a handle of a trial. The template may be configured to place a first of the two or more screw holes over a rostral vertebra and to place a second of the two or more screw holes over a caudal vertebra. Implementations may also include a template including a central hole therethrough and two or more screw holes therethrough. The central hole may be configured to couple over an inserter. The template may be configured to place a first of the two or more screw holes over a rostral vertebra and to place a second of the two or more screw holes over a caudal vertebra.

Spinal plate system and related methods

A medial lateral retractor system includes a first medial lateral retractor arm, a second medial lateral retractor arm movably coupled thereto, and a base member coupler coupled to one of the first medial lateral retractor arm and the second medial lateral retractor arm. The base member coupler is configured to couple to a base member to which a rostral refractor blade and caudal retractor blade are coupled. The first medial lateral retractor arm is configured to move relative to the second medial lateral retractor arm in a direction substantially perpendicular to a direction of movement of the rostral retractor blade relative to the caudal retractor blade when the base member coupler is coupled to the base member. In implementations the medial lateral retractor system further includes the base member, the rostral retractor blade and the caudal retractor blade, and the base member is coupled to the base member coupler.

Medial lateral retractor system and related methods

MIS TLIF systems and related methods. Implementations of distractor devices may include a first portion and a second portion where the second portion is slidably coupled over the first portion. A position of the second portion relative to the first portion may be adjustable through contacting a distractor latch coupled to the second portion with a plurality of teeth on a side of the first portion. The first portion may include a first pedicle screw pin on an end of the first portion opposing the second portion. The second portion may include a second pedicle screw pin on an end of the second portion opposing the first portion. The first pedicle screw pin and the second pedicle screw pin may be both configured to couple with a pedicle screw head. A length of the distractor device may be configured to be adjustable through sliding of the first portion.
