An apparatus () for weighing elongate containers () supplied along a conveyor line () comprises: weighing means (); a support member () suitable for restingly receiving at least a container (); a first articulated system () and a second articulated system (); the apparatus () being configured such as to impart, by means of the first articulated system () and the second articulated system (), a translating and rotating motion to the support member () such as to transfer the containers () from a first position (K), in which the support member () is arranged at the conveyor line () such as to receive therefrom the containers () to be weighed, and a second position (K) in which the support member () engages with the weighing means () such as to enable the containers () to be weighed in an inclined position, and vice versa.

Apparatus for weighing elongate containers supplied along a conveyor line

A system for weighing containers includes a movable member having a peripheral edge in which a recess forms a seat for drawing a container, the movable member being activatable in a first movement direction such that a first wall of the seat abuts and draws the container; a container-weighing cell comprising a support plane for receiving and supporting the container; a container guide. The weighing cell, the movable member and the guide are reciprocally arranged such that when the container is drawn by the movable member the container can slide on the support plane and be guided by guide externally of the seat. The movable member is further activatable in a second, opposed, movement direction to detach the seat from the container and leave the container on the support plane for weighing.

System and method for weighing containers

A device for removing and replacing containers from and on a conveyor line includes a first lateral guide wall; a second lateral guide wall; and a rotating disc provided with at least a seating The rotating disc is arranged between the first lateral guide wall and the second lateral guide wall for removing a container to be treated from the conveyor line and for replacing a treated container on the conveyor line The device further includes a first guide member mobile between a first retracted position and a first advanced position and a second guide member mobile between a second retracted position and a second advanced position The rotating disc, the first guide member and the second guide member are phase-activatable such as to transfer containers from and onto the conveyor line.

Device and method for removing and replacing containers from a conveyor line

An apparatus for transporting objects includes a guide arrangement for supporting and guiding along a movement path at least one carriage supporting a support element suitable for receiving at least one object. A movement arrangement moves the carriage along the movement path. The carriage is provided with rolling elements and the guide arrangement includes at least three guides that are parallel to one another, each of which is arranged for supporting and guiding a respective rolling element in an operative configuration of the carriage. The guides define respective movement profiles conjugated and shaped so that each rolling element abuts on the respective guide at each point of the latter along the movement path. The rolling elements are arranged at the vertices of a triangle with respect to a plane that is parallel to the guides.

Transporting apparatus

The invention relates to a device and a method for weighing containers () supplied along a conveying line (L). The device comprises: first weighing means (MP) arranged on a first side (L) of a stretch (T) of the conveying line (L) of containers () in a proximal position thereto; second weighing means (MP) arranged at a side of the stretch (T) of the conveying line (L) of containers () in a distal position thereto; a supporting member () activatable between a first position (P) in which it is arranged at the stretch (T) of the conveying line (L) for receiving the containers (), a second position (P) in which it engages with the first weighing means (MP), and a third position (P) in which it engages with the second weighing means (MP); and first guide means () activatable between a guide configuration (C), in which they are arranged at the stretch (T) in order to guide the containers () along the conveying line (L), and a disengaged position (C). The method comprises steps of: activating the support member () in order to bring the containers () received from the conveying line (L) into the third position (P); activating the second weighing means (MP) order to weigh the containers (); activating the first guide means () in order to reach the guide configuration (C) in phase relation with the movement of the support member ().

Method for weighing containers which are supplied along a conveying line and a device for actuating the method
