A reclosable container for fluid products is provided. The reclosable container has a containment body provided with a neck ending in a dispensing mouth, and a closure member having a gripping element beneath which lies a stopper tip for closing the dispensing mouth and a removable collar associated with the gripping element along a preestablished break area and rigidly attachable to the neck. In a closed configuration, the dispensing mouth is completely covered by the closure member so that it is not possible for a user's fingers to come into contact with the dispensing mouth when opening the container, avoiding contamination of calibrated drops of the fluid products.

A capsule for the preparation of infusion or instant beverages includes pushing means for lifting a disc, arranged at a bottom of a cup defining an internal volume for containing a food substance to be infused. A central portion is collapsible towards the inside of the cup under a pressure force exerted from outside. The disc is fixed to an external edge with a peelable weld. Collapse of an intermediate portion pushes the disc, which, by lifting itself, detaches from the external edge, forming an outlet passage for the beverage.

A vial for fluid products, particularly pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical products has a containment body closed by a closing element removable along a predetermined breaking line, and an opening key slidingly fitted onto the closing element and prismatically rotationally engageable with the closing element to remove the closing element from the containment body. The opening key is prismatically engageable with the closing element by inserting prismatic protrusions of the closing element into special recesses of the opening key.

A capsule () for the preparation of infused or soluble beverages comprises a cup () suitable to contain a substance () to be infused or dissolved, provided internally with a base () provided with an outer edge () and a relief () between which is defined a depression () for the collection of the infused beverage. The capsule () comprises a disc () fixed in a peelable manner on the edge () so as to separate from it due to the effect of the pressure increase inside the capsule (). The opening of the capsule () occurs as a result of the deformation of the disc () due to the pressure exerted by the fluid inside the capsule (). Advantageously, the base (), in correspondence of the depression (), is provided with a plurality of supports () provided with a profile decreasing towards the depression (), suitable to prevent the deformation of the disc () from interfering with the outflow of the beverage towards the opening ().

The object of the present invention is a cap provided with a guarantee seal. The guarantee seal consists of guarantee portions comprising an engagement portion and a connecting portion. The seal further comprises bridges for connecting adjacent guarantee portions to one another and a safety portion that makes the engagement portion integral with the handling portion. The safety portion is structurally suitable for keeping the engagement portion constrained in the broken seal configuration, for preventing the forming of dangerous spikes.

A cap is provided with a guarantee seal. The guarantee seal has guarantee portions which have an engagement portion and a connecting portion. The seal further has bridges for connecting adjacent guarantee portions to one another and a safety portion that makes the engagement portion integral with the handling portion. The safety portion is structurally suitable for keeping the engagement portion constrained in the broken seal configuration, for preventing the forming of dangerous spikes.

A clamp for clamping pipes, especially but not exclusively for combustion engine supply pipes, comprises a body (1) with at least two housing seats (2) which are adjacent and provided with two sidepieces (102, 202) which encompass a pipe (3) laterally. A coupling notch (4) for a catch-type distance piece (5) is provided between the adjacent sidepieces (102, 202) of two adjacent housing seats (2), the catch-type distance piece being borne by a clamping bracket (6) which can be clamped against the body (1) itself. According to the invention the catch-type distance pieces (5) and at least one of the associated external surfaces of at least one sidepiece (102, 202) have respectively at least a complementary tooth (105, 302) or respectively a tooth and a complementary reciprocal clamping notch. The catch-type distance pieces (5) and at least one of the two adjacent sidepieces (202) are advantageously provided with cooperative toothed portions (105, 302) which are matching or complementary and in the manner of the teeth of a saw, whilst the toothed portion (105) of the catch-type distance pieces is directed with the less steep sides in the coupling direction and the toothed portion (302) of the sidepiece (202) is directed in the opposite direction.
