A supporting framework for a control cabinet is configured of side frames and cross-beams. The side frames are made of whereby profile elements having a rectangular cross-sectional. The cross-beams possess a square cross-sectional shape that is beveled on one side, and includes two sections at right angles to each other and dimensioned to be of a length corresponding to the longer rectangular side of the cross-sectional shape of the side frame element. The supporting framework is both stable and inexpensive. The cabinets can be attached to one another.

Supporting framework for a control cabinet

A mounting device for mounting optical components within a nonmechanical printer including a pair of parallel guide rails having end portions received in attachment plates which are easily attachable to the printer frame. Mounting members are attachable to the guide rails pivotable about one of the guide rails and movable axially the guide rails. Optical component assemblies are attachable to the mounting members and movable transversely thereof.

Mounting structure for optical assemblies in nonmechanical printers

An adjustable mounting and driving device is disclosed for a polygonal mirror to be mounted on a drive shaft. The mirror is held at an axial end in a cup shaped cavity in a holder having a central bore for receipt of the drive shaft. The bore has a drive shaft contact area which is relatively axially short allowing the housing to tilt on the drive shaft. A plate is fixably mounted on the drive shaft axially adjacent the holder and has a plurality of axially adjustable set screws engageable with a back wall of the holder to control tilt of the holder on the shaft. A resilient member between a front wall of the housing and an extension of the plate urges the housing into contact with the set screws and rotatably drives the mirror.
