A device for guiding plate-shaped objects to be electro-plated through an electro-plating bath in a container, includes a device transporting said objects to the container in a horizontal position, a device for pivoting the objects in the bath from a horizontal position about a horizontal axis so that the objects assume a position below the mirror of the bath. The pivoting device guides the objects through the container and, at the outlet thereof, pivots the objects back to the horizontal position.

The device for feeding a gas, particularly air into a liquid body present in an open container, includes a housing whose lower part is provided with a gas inlet opening and whose top wall is formed with a plurality of perforations. An inner perforated partition divides the housing into an upper chamber and a lower chamber communicating with the inlet opening. To create a dynamic pressure gradient between the two chambers, the perforations in the inner partition have substantially smaller diameter than the perforations or gas outlet openings in the top wall of the housing and the combined area of the perforations in the inner partition is substantially less than the cross sectional area of the gas inlet opening.

A device for electroplating electric circuit boards includes an electroplating bath and a plurality of transporting organs which hold objects to be treated when they path the electroplating bath. A device for releasably-holding printed circuit boards to be galvanized in a galvanization bath comprises an elongated frame, and arrangements for holding opposite longitudinal edges of the boards on the frame. Each holding arrangement includes resilient clamping springs arranged on the subframes and freely extended outwardly from each subframe and also extending into a space between the subframes to enable an insertion into and a withdrawal from the clamping springs of respective elongated edges of each printed circuit board.
