The invention concerns a device to hold a motor-driven work spindle () in a housing of a processing machine with an outside ring () and an inside ring (), arranged within the outside ring (), so that it can be displaced and tilted axially, to hold the work spindle (), wherein the inside ring () is pretensioned with respect to the outside ring (), in an elastically resilient manner in the axial direction, by at least one pretension element (), and wherein the inside ring () is held in an operating position within the outside ring () by a holding device with a prespecified holding force. The holding device is designed as a magnet arrangement () with at least one magnet (), arranged in the inside ring () and/or the outside ring (), for the creation of a magnetic holding force.

Device to hold a work spindle

The invention relates to a protection device for a motor spindle () arranged in a housing (), particularly of a machine tool, having an inner ring () fixedly joined to the motor spindle () and an outer ring joined to the housing (). The inner ring () is arranged in the outer ring () in a way permitting axial motion and a tilting motion, and is placed under elastically resilient preload against the outer ring () by means of preloading members ().

Protection device for a motor spindle

A rotary feed-through, which contains a hollow shaft, which is supported in a first housing part so that it can rotate, with a first sealing surface and a sealing bushing, which is arranged rotationally fixed within a second housing part and which is coaxial with the hollow shaft, with a second sealing surface for contact to the first sealing surface. In order to also enable lower leakage losses, in addition to less wear, with the supply of cooling lubricants and compressed air, the second housing part contains a first lateral supply channel, which can be attached to a coolant supply line or a compressed air supply line, for the supply of cooling lubricant or compressed air via at least one radial opening of the sealing bushing and a second supply channel, which is charged during the supply of cooling lubricant, for the supply of cooling lubricant to a pressure piston, which closes the rear end of the sealing bushing, to increase the contact pressure of the sealing surfaces.

Rotary feed-through

A clamping device for releasibly fixing one first machine part containing a cone-shape drilled shank to a second machine part containing a female bore. The clamping device comprises an axially movable clamping sleeve inside the second machine part and several clamping claws assigned to the clamping sleeve that are radially movable through axial movement of the clamping sleeve and that have a clamping surface so as to position the clamping claws against a cone-shaped inner surface of the cone-shaped drilled shank. In order to create an easily mountable and inexpensive additional fixing mechanism by means of which the first machine part can be secured in a simple and reliable manner even if the clamping elements have been released, a split taper socket with radially resilient clamping segments is disposed in the second machine part, enabling frictionally engaged fixing of the first machine part.

Clamping device

The invention relates to an actuating device for a tool or a workpiece tensioning jack in a machine tool spindle. The actuating device includes a pressure piston which is arranged inside a housing for actuating the tool or workpiece tensioning jack. In order to provide a compact, space-saving actuating device enabling leakage fluid to be drained off in a simple manner, several interspaced continuous bores are arranged concentrically around a center axis in a side wall of the housing. Pressure plungers which are axially displaceable with the aid of the pressure piston are disposed therein and the housing contains at least one leakage channel with a section extending between the pressure plungers in a radially outer direction.

Actuating device for a tool or workpiece tensioning jack in a machine tool spindle

A planetary gear is described, with a compensating coupling (9), a housing (1) enclosing the gear (2) and the compensating coupling and a planet wheel carrier (3), which has a shaft journal (4) rotatably mounted in the housing. The compensating coupling is provided on the input side of the gear (2) and its gear-side coupling part (10) at the same time forms a component of the gear and is rotatably mounted in the housing. A second compensating coupling (14) is provided on the output side of the gear (2), its gear-side coupling part (15) having a projection (17) which engages in frictional and/or interlocking manner in a recess (13) in the shaftjournal (4). The housing (1) has a housing section (1c) on the output side of the gear (2) which is an integral component of the housing (1) and encloses the second compensating coupling (14). (FIG. 1)
