A method of bottling liquids, in particular carbonated liquids or liquids sensitive to oxygen, on a machine comprising a conveying device movable along a given path and having at least one unit for receiving and retaining a bottle, the method comprising filling the bottle with a liquid as the unit travels along a first portion of the path; and capping the bottle with a cap as the same unit travels along a second portion of the path. Also, A bottle as obtained by the method and also comprising a further cap applied onto a neck of said bottle and provided with coupling means to engage and pull said cap along the bottle axis upon removal of said further cap from said neck so as to open the bottle.

Liquid bottling method and machine, in particular for carbonated liquids or oxygen sensitive liquids

An apparatus to fill a container includes at least one tank for a fluid product to be delivered and one filling head to deliver the fluid product to the container that is movable towards and away from the container. The apparatus further includes a connecting arrangement interposed between the tank and the filling head to supply the fluid product to the filling head. The connecting arrangement includes a ball-and-socket joint structure which includes a first tubular portion having a spherical body, a second tubular portion in the form of a spherical cavity and a tubular sealing element arranged inside the first tubular portion and the second tubular portion at a zone in which the spherical body and the spherical cavity are mutually engaged.

Filling apparatus

A filler valve unit () for feeding a preset amount of filling liquid () into a container () having an outlet () for feeding out filling liquid and an outlet () for injecting gaseous fluid. The filler valve unit () comprises at least one stop element () forming a stroke limiter acting on the container (). According to the invention, the stop element () is mobile and moves between at least two operating positions consisting of a first operating position wherein the stop element holds the mouth () of a container () at a preset distance from the outlet () and a second operating position wherein the stop element () holds the mouth () of the container () at a distance from the outlet () which is less than the preset distance.

Filler valve unit

An apparatus comprising a body of a filling head provided with actuators controlled by a control logic unit, the control logic unit being mounted on the body, the body being provided with seats for the actuators and with further seats for receiving solenoid valves arranged for operating the opening and/or the closing of said actuators. The body comprises passages for electric connecting elements between the control logic unit and the actuators and/or the solenoid valves, the electric connecting elements comprising contact elements connected to the control logic unit.

Valve unit for filling machines

The device relates to the field of processes and plants for filling cans with liquids, and provides a contemporaneous closure of the liquid and, gas inflow pipes. The device also relates to a filler valve group wherein the pipes are placed at the same level. A cam causes a rising or descent of the cans with respect to the valve group in order to regulate a filling level.
