In general, the disclosure is directed to a computing device configured to identify and display information determined to be relevant to a current task. The computing device receives information associated with a content page for a second application, at least a portion of which is included in a graphical user interface. The computing device determines, based on the information, a context of the second application. The computing device determines, based on the context, a set of objects for each of one or more applications related to the second application. The computing device generates a content page for the first application including graphical indications of at least one object from at least one of the respective sets of objects. The computing device outputs, for display, at least a portion of the content page for the first application within the graphical user interface.

A method includes providing, by a server computer, a shared workspace for facilitating collaborative work by a plurality of users. The method also includes monitoring information associated with the shared workspace, the information relating to each user from the plurality of users. The method also includes determining whether a notification definition is satisfied, the notification definition based at least in part on the information associated with the shared workspace, and outputting, for display to at least one user from the plurality of users, a notification, in response to determining that the notification definition is satisfied.

A system and method for generating a flow based on multiply types of interactions are provided. Data defining one or more sequences of multiple interactive nodes are received for the multiple interactive nodes, where each of the multiple interactive nodes corresponds to a particular type of interaction. System and method for generating a flow based on multiple types of interactions

Systems, methods, and computer programs are provided for smart interfaces that shift the burden of cognition from a user to a computer system. More particularly, a method is presented for using a computer system to interpret data. The method includes an operation for accepting data from a data entry field of the user interface, where the data is provided to the data entry field in a selected format. The selected format is different from a common data format expected by the user interface. In another operation, the accepted data is normalized to conform to the common data format expected by the user interface. This normalization is based on information about one or more of a geographic location of the user, a geographic location of a server, and a geographic location of a product being used. Further, the method includes an operation for providing the normalized data in the common data format.

Smart fields

A system and method are directed towards managing a display of initial impression attributes to bring the most relevant information into quick view. The view can be customized by the user. Within a search context, a search may be performed based on a set of search criteria. The user may establish a set of initial impression attributes to be displayed, or employ a default set of initial impression attributes. The default set may be determined based on statistical analysis. When a result of the search is displayed, the initial impression attributes may also be displayed such that the user may review the initial impression attributes and make a decision based, in part, on the initial impression attributes. Initial impression attributes may also be employed within threaded online conversations or browsing through inventory. The search or browse contexts may include online dating searches, merchandises searches, groups, real estate, even employment searches.
