A transceiver device comprises a transceiver unit including an RF antenna, a serial communication port operatively coupleable with a further corresponding serial communication port of a protection and control device, a serial communication bus electrically connected between said serial communication port and said transceiver unit and having a transmission line and a reception line, a battery unit, and a feeding unit to feed said transceiver unit with a feeding voltage. The feeding unit comprises a first power supply stage electrically connected with said battery unit to harvest electric power from said battery unit and a second power supply stage electrically connected with the transmission line of said serial communication bus to harvest electric power from said transmission line, when said transmission line is said stand-by condition and takes an high-level voltage value.

Transceiver device for providing wireless connectivity to a protection and control device

The present application relates to a coil actuator for low and medium voltage applications, which comprise a electromagnet operatively associated with a movable plunger, a power & control unit electrically connected with the electromagnet and first and second input terminals (T, T) operatively connected with the power & control unit, wherein an input voltage (VIN) is applied between the first and second input terminals during the operation of the coil actuator. The power & control unit is adapted to provide subsequent launch pulses of drive current (IC) to the electromagnet, which are separated in time by at least a predetermined time interval (TI), in response to subsequent transitions of the input voltage (VIN) from values lower than the first threshold voltage (VTH) to values higher than the first threshold voltage.

Protection unit for an AC or DC low-voltage power supply line, comprising means for detecting the current circulating in one or more power supply line conductor(s) and at least first electronic protection means operatively coupled to a circuit breaker with at least one pole for inserting along said conductor, characterized in that said detection means comprise at least one resistor suitable for electrical connection in series with said circuit breaker pole and for enabling the passage of the current circulating in said conductor, and at least a first electronic processing circuit that receives a signal indicative of the voltage at the terminals of said resistor and delivers to said first electronic protection means a signal that is indicative of the current circulating in said line conductor.
