A case configured to receive a plurality of mechanical watch movements in the wound state, each movement being housed inside a compartment, configured to receive and maintain the movement according to a predefined orientation. In this position, the winding buttons of the movements are positioned facing respective microphones which are mounted inside the case. The microphones are configured such that they cancel the noises detected, such that the acoustic measurements of each of the movements are essentially not disturbed by the noises produced by the adjacent movements. Also, a method for testing a plurality of mechanical movements installed in the case, and to a testing system which includes the case. The movements are measured by a plurality of cycles of consecutive and successive measurement periods.

Measuring system for a plurality of mechanical horological movements

A portable electronic authentication device () for providing access to a website or a computer resource or a secure place. The portable electronic device includes a first communication unit () and a second communication unit () different from the first communication unit. The first communication unit is intended to receive an interrogation signal (S) from a control device of a control system, which includes the portable electronic device. The second communication unit is intended to transmit a response signal (S) which includes identification data of the portable electronic device to authenticate the portable electronic device in the control system and allow access to a website or a computer resource or a secured place.

A transmitter-receiver includes an electronic chip a mixer for mixing the frequency of a received radio frequency signal with that of an oscillating signal supplied by a first frequency synthesizer in, a switch having two inputs connected to an output of the mixer and to an auxiliary input terminal, a filter and gain stage connected to the output of the switch, and a modulator-demodulator connected to the output of the filter and gain stage. The first frequency synthesizer is connected between the output of the modulator-demodulator and radio frequency input and output terminal, and configured to supply a frequency-modulated signal to the radio frequency input and output terminal. The invention concerns a method and system of locating objects by means of UWB signals, the system including a search device (D), incorporated in a portable apparatus () and provided with a pair of antennae (A, A), and at least one target device (D) attached to an object sought (). The target device (D) includes, in addition to the transceiver (), a very low power consumption wake up receiver () which, when the target device is in a standby state, can receive a UWB wake up signal to switch on said device. This target device is arranged for measuring a time difference (tdiff) between the respective receptions of two locating signals respectively emitted by the two antennae (A, A) of the search device and for transmitting said time difference in a return signal that further contains, in a preferred variant, a signal processing time (trproc). Thus, it is not necessary for the two devices to be synchronized. Preferably, the search device (D) is incorporated in a wristwatch () the two hands () of which are used for indicating the direction or possible directions of the object sought ().
