A wing for an aircraft. The wing includes a main wing and a trailing edge high lift assembly movably arranged at a trailing edge of the main wing. The trailing edge high lift assembly includes a flap and a connection assembly movably mounting the flap to the main wing, such that the flap is movable between a retracted position and at least one extended position, wherein the connection assembly is configured such that the flap is movable relative to the main wing in a linear and/or rotational manner. The connection assembly is configured such that the flap is movable relative to the main wing in a decoupled linear and rotational manner.

Wing for an aircraft

An aircraft component support arrangement for connecting an aircraft component to an aircraft wing is disclosed including a component support and an attachment device for attaching the component support to a wing structure. The attachment device includes first to third connection means for connecting the component support to the wing structure, the first to third connection means each including a floating bearing permitting linear movement in direction of a first to third axis, respectively, and angular rotation about a central point in two orthogonal directions. The first to third connection means are spaced apart from each other in two dimensions to connect the component support at three different locations to the wing structure. At least one of the first to third axes has a different orientation to the others of the first to third axes.

Aircraft component support arrangement, high-lift system, aircraft wing and aircraft

A fairing arrangement for an aircraft high-lift mechanism, the high-lift mechanism including a flap arranged at an aircraft wing trailing edge and a mounting and guiding mechanism for the flap. The fairing arrangement includes a flap side fairing unit and a wing side fairing unit. The flap side fairing unit includes a flap side fairing covering an aft part of the mounting and guiding mechanism and a flap side fairing mount mounting the flap side fairing to the flap. The wing side fairing unit includes a wing side fairing covering a forward part of the mounting and guiding mechanism and a wing side fairing mount mounting the wing side fairing to the wing. The wing side fairing mount is configured to connect the wing side fairing movably to the wing such that the wing side fairing is rotatable around an axis directed at least partially in a vertical direction.

Fairing arrangement for a high-lift mechanism of an aircraft

A actuator arrangement is disclosed in which the high-lift device support that supports and guides movement of a high-lift device, such as a flap, is in axial alignment with a control actuator assembly that controls one or more control surfaces. This allows a single support fairing to be sufficient for covering both the track member and the control actuator assembly and allowing for reduced drag and weight.

Actuator arrangement for a wing assembly of an aircraft

For sealing at the transition between high-lift devices and fairings, a shutter assembly can be installed in a high-lift system, thereby forming the shutter arrangement. The shutter assembly includes the shutter panel and possibly the driving member. The shutter assembly can be installed in the high-lift system, to form any embodiment of the shutter arrangement. The shutter arrangement covers the trunnion opening and is moveable in correspondence with the movement of the high-lift device in a continuous and strictly monotone manner.

A wing for an aircraft including a fixed wing and a high-lift device movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The high-lift device includes a movable fence. The fence is movable between a first position in which the fence does not protrude beyond an outer surface of the high-lift device and a second position in which the fence protrudes beyond the outer surface of the high-lift device. The fence is in the first position when the high-lift device is in the retracted position and in the second position when the high-lift device is in the extended position. Further, an aircraft with such a wing, a high-lift device and a fence as well as use of a high-lift device and a fence are provided.

A door arrangement for an aircraft segment, which door arrangement comprises a passenger door, a fuselage portion accommodating the passenger door, and a girt bar for arming and disarming an emergency slide. The passenger door is movable relative to the fuselage portion between a raised position and a lowered position. The girt bar is connectable by means of a connecting arrangement to the passenger door and/or to the fuselage portion. The connecting arrangement comprises a mechanism which is configured to, during arming of the emergency slide, actuate a locking mechanism of an engagement device fastened to the fuselage portion, such that the girt bar is fixed in a decouplable manner to the engagement device.

Door arrangement for an aircraft segment

A door arrangement for an aircraft segment, which door arrangement comprises a passenger door, a fuselage portion accommodating the passenger door, and a girt bar for arming and disarming an emergency slide. The passenger door is movable relative to the fuselage portion between a raised position and a lowered position. The girt bar is connectable by means of a connecting arrangement to the passenger door and/or to the fuselage portion. The connecting arrangement comprises a mechanism which is configured to, during arming of the emergency slide, actuate a locking mechanism of an engagement device fastened to the fuselage portion, in such a way that the girt bar is fixed in a decouplable manner to the engagement device.

An aircraft wing trailing edge control surface including a trailing edge flap adjustable to different positions, a sealing flap on the upper side between the wing and the flap, and a ventilation flap on the underside between the wing and the flap. The flap is adjustable downward through positive positions and upward through negative positions. The wing profile is closed on the upper side by the sealing flap and the underside by the ventilation flap when the flap is used as a control flap and adjusted between negative and low positive positions. The ventilation flap releases air flow from the wing underside to the upper side of the flap and the sealing flap is retracted to release an outflow of air from the upper side of the flap when the flap is used for increasing lift and the flap is adjusted between low and high positive positions.

A lift-augmenting leading edge flap for a carrying wing of an aircraft, wherein the flap comprises an essentially rigid main body which makes a transition from the first side to the second side of the wing the flap being adjustable by a retention- and actuation mechanism coupled between the flap and wing box, between a first, retracted, position and a second, extended, position, wherein the first transition region of the flap is slidable to rest in each position essentially free of any gap, against the first skin of the wing box or against the wing end cover, in relation to the wing end cover.
