A compact hybrid module includes a separating clutch with a reliably controlled actuation pressure. The hybrid module is provided with a disengagement device having a pressure pot for the transmission of force from a disengagement bearing to a pressure plate of the separating clutch or K0 separating clutch. The separating clutch itself can be actuated via the pressure pot without an additional lever ratio. Owing to a low level of hysteresis as a result of the direct actuation, the clutch can then be precisely regulated in terms of pressure.

Hybrid module for a drive train of a motor vehicle

A piston-cylinder arrangement, in particular for a clutch actuation system in a motor vehicle, including a housing () that is concentrically arranged around a shaft (), and an annular pressure chamber () inside which a piston () is movably mounted. A sealing ring support () on which a seal () is arranged is connected to the piston. In a piston-cylinder arrangement which is less expensive to produce and nevertheless reliably prevents gap extrusion of the seal between the housing and the sealing ring support, the piston is connected without play to the sealing ring support.

Piston-cylinder arrangement, in particular for a clutch actuation system in a motor vehicle

A release device for a friction clutch, including an actuator for axially actuating the friction clutch, the actuator being designed to be hydraulically actuated by a fluid, and a support element having an integrated securing point for supporting the actuator on a clutch bell. An axial connection for the hydraulic fluid can be provided in the support element. The invention also relates to the possibility of designing the support element as a single piece with the housing of the actuator.

Release device

A dual clutch for coupling an engine-side input shaft with a first transmission-side and/or a second transmission-side output shaft. A first clutch has a first pressure plate, which is axially mobile relative to a first counter plate, for coupling with a first clutch disk connected to the first output shaft. A second clutch has a second pressure plate, which is axially mobile relative to a second counter plate, for coupling with a clutch disk connected to the second output shaft. A clutch cover is connected to the first and second counter plates. An actuator displaces the first and/or the second pressure plate. The actuator is radially supported on the input side on the input shaft by the clutch cover and a torsional vibration damper, which is connected to the clutch cover and is radially mounted on the output side on one of the output shafts and/or on a transmission housing.
