The display panel includes: a plurality of first pixel units in the first display area; a plurality of third pixel units in the transition display area; a plurality of first pixel circuit units in the transition display area and electrically connected with the first pixel units; and a plurality of third pixel circuit units in the transition display area and electrically connected with the third pixel units. The transition display area is divided into a plurality of sub-areas, each of the sub-areas is an area occupied by a corresponding third pixel unit, each of the sub-areas accommodates a third pixel circuit unit, which is electrically connected with the corresponding third pixel unit, and at least one first pixel circuit unit.

The display panel includes: a first region and a second region, a transmittance of the first region being greater than a transmittance of the second region; a light-emitting unit disposed in the first region, the light-emitting unit including a first unit and a second unit, the first unit and the second unit respectively including a plurality of pixels with a plurality of colors; a drive circuit disposed in the second region and connected to the light-emitting unit; and a transparent conducting wire, at least two pixels with a same color respectively in the first unit and the second unit of the light-emitting unit being connected by the transparent conducting wire.

The pixel circuit includes a drive chip, a plurality of pixel circuit units and a plurality of detection circuit units, the pixel circuit unit including a first switch tube and an electroluminescent element. A first path end of the first switch tube is connected to an anode of the electroluminescent element. A control end of the first switch tube is connected to a scan signal end. The first path end of the second switch tube is connected to the anode of the electroluminescent elements via the pixel circuit unit.

The system includes: a heterogeneous computing unit having a first functional module and a second functional module; a phase locked loop outputting a clock frequency of each functional module; a handshake detection unit configured to detect an access request answer sent by the first functional module and a response request answer sent by the second functional module, and generate status flags for the first functional module and the second functional module, respectively; and a frequency-controlled voltage source outputting one path of voltage bus for each functional module. Each path of voltage bus is connected to a power pin of a corresponding functional module and a first switch transistor is connected in series therebetween.

A display device and a display panel thereof. The display panel has a display area and a frame area, where the display panel includes second pixel units disposed in the display area, and each of the second pixel units include: first sub-pixels, second sub-pixels and third sub-pixels alternately distributed in a column direction and emit three different primary colors respectively, and sub-pixels emitting a same color in each of the second pixel units are synchronously controlled to emit light. The display panel further includes color deviation adjustment sub-pixels disposed in the display area and between the second pixel units and the frame area, and the color deviation adjustment sub-pixels are independently controlled to emit light.

Display devices and display panels

A display device includes a structured light-emitting end, a structured light-receiving end, and a display panel. The structured light-emitting end and the structured light-receiving end are disposed on the backlight surface of the display panel. The structured light-receiving end is disposed opposite to the first display area, and the structured light-emitting end is disposed opposite to the second display area. The first display area of the display device is provided with multiple first pixel driving circuits and multiple first light-emitting units. The vertical projection of each first pixel driving circuit on the backlight surface of the display panel overlaps the vertical projection of one first light-emitting unit, which is connected to the each first pixel driving circuit, on the backlight surface of the display panel.

Display device

A display panel includes a first display region and a second display region, and the second display region includes a transparent display region and a transition display region. Pixel circuits corresponding to light-emitting units of the transparent display region and the transition display region are located in the transition display region, and the pixel circuits located in the transition display region includes a first drive transistor. Along a direction perpendicular to the substrate, an overlapping region is located between the gate transmission structures and a lower electrode disposed on a side, close to the substrate, of a light-emitting unit of the transition display region located above the respective gate transmission structure, a shielding layer connected to a fixed potential is disposed in at least part of the overlapping region to shield from parasitic capacitance between the lower electrode and the gate transmission structure.

The display panel includes a device layer and a light-emitting element layer. The light-emitting element layer includes a first pixel structure arranged in the first display area. The device layer includes first driving transistors, and the first driving transistors include first gate electrodes. In a stacking direction the light-emitting element layer stacked with the device layer, an orthographic projection of a first gate electrode of one first driving transistor does not overlap with an orthographic projection of a first electrode of a first sub-pixel emitting a color different from another first sub-pixel driven by that first driving transistor.

Display panel and display apparatus for uniform display of a first display area and a second display area

The at least one pixel unit includes at least three sub-pixel groups emitting light of different colors. The sub-pixel groups includes at least two sub-pixels, and the sub-pixels include a first electrode, a light-emitting structure block located on the first electrode, and a second electrode located on the light-emitting structure block. In the at least one pixel unit, two first electrodes of two adjacent sub-pixels in a sub-pixel group are electrically connected by a first connecting portion, two first electrodes of two sub-pixels in another of the sub-pixel groups are electrically connected by a second connecting portion. The second connecting portion at least partially surrounds sides of the sub-pixels in other sub-pixel groups. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are located in a same layer.

Transparent display substrates, transparent display panels and display devices

A display substrate, a display panel, and a display device are disclosed. The display substrate includes first and second display regions and sub-pixels. The sub-pixels are divided into first-type and second-type pixel groups arranged in a second direction. The first-type pixel group includes first and second sub-pixels located in the first and second display regions. The second-type pixel group includes second sub-pixels. The second sub-pixels of at least one of the first-type and the second-type pixel groups are disposed at two sides of the first display region in a first direction. The pixel circuits corresponding to the first and second sub-pixels in one first-type pixel group are connected to one first-type data line. The pixel circuits corresponding to the second sub-pixels in one second-type pixel group are connected to one second-type data line. A power line is disposed below a first-type data line in the first display region.

An array substrate includes: a first display region including M display sub-regions arranged in an array, each display sub-region including first pixel units arranged in an array, and each first pixel unit including first pixels with N colors, where M is a natural number greater than 1 and N is a natural number; and a second display region adjacent to the first display region and having a light transmittance less than that of the first display region, where the first pixels with a same color in a same display sub-region are connected to a common first pixel circuit located in the second display region; and first pixel circuits for the first pixels with a same color in two display sub-regions adjacent to a central axis of the first display region are symmetrical with respect to the central axis.
