A light-emitting module includes a light-emitting panel which includes a first rigid substrate, a flexible substrate, a circuit layer, a light-emitting element, and a driver chip. The flexible substrate includes a light-emitting region, a bending region, and an epitaxial region, and the light-emitting region and the epitaxial region are located on two ends of the bending region. The circuit layer includes a first connection terminal located on the epitaxial region and the driver chip is bonded to the first connection terminal. The light-emitting element is located on the light-emitting region, and the light-emitting element emits light toward the first rigid substrate. The flexible substrate is bent in the bending region and the flexible substrate in the epitaxial region is bent to a side of the light-emitting elements facing away from the first rigid substrate. The process difficulty can be reduced and the product yield can be improved.

Backlight module and display device are provided. The backlight module includes an accommodation frame including a base and an extending part, a first light guide plate, a second light guide plate; a first reflector, a first light source, and a second light source. The first light guide plate and the second light guide plate are disposed sequentially along a direction perpendicular to a plane of the base in an accommodation space formed by the base and the extending part, and are controlled independently. The first light source has a wavelength &#x3bb;of 780 nm&#x3c;&#x3bb;&#x2264;1310 nm, and the second light source has a wavelength &#x3bb;of 380 nm&#x2264;&#x3bb;&#x2264;780 nm. A reflectivity of the first reflector on light emitted by the second light source is larger than a reflectivity of the first reflector on light emitted by the first light source.

An LED light source, a backlight module and a liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The LED light source includes: a housing having a light outlet; an LED wafer disposed within the housing, where a light-emitting surface of the LED wafer faces towards the light outlet of the housing; and a light adjustment layer disposed at the light outlet of the housing.
