That is, photodiode N-type ion implantation is performed before formation of a polysilicon gate of each MOS transistor of a CMOS pixel readout circuit, a photoresist open area is enlarged by means of a photoresist dry etching descum process such that an N-type ion implantation area is enlarged, and second photodiode N-type ion implantation is performed on the basis of the photoresist dry etching descum process, so as to achieve two times of photodiode N-type ion implantation using the same mask, with different depths and different pattern sizes, thereby forming an N-type area of the photodiode that tapers to the bottom, saving a mask layer, and reducing photolithography steps.

A preparation method of drug-loaded micelles of an absorbable vascular stent coating for angiostenosis in an infant is provided, including the following steps: S1: dissolving a drug to be encapsulated in an appropriate amount of an emulsifying agent, adding a chitosan-poly(p-dioxohone) amphiphilic block copolymer (chitosan-b-PPDO copolymer), and thoroughly mixing to obtain a drug-copolymer solution; S2: adding the drug-copolymer solution obtained in S1 dropwise to an emulsifying agent aqueous solution prepared in advance, and continuously stirring to obtain a stable drug-loaded micellar solution; and S3: removing the emulsifying agent from the micellar solution obtained in S2 through vacuum evaporation, stirring a resulting concentrate, and centrifuging the concentrate to obtain a supernatant; and filtering the supernatant to obtain a filtrate, and subjecting the filtrate to dialysis to obtain the drug-loaded micelles.

A process of removing methanol, CO, or both from a hydrocarbon stream is described. The process uses an adsorbent comprising binderless type 3A zeolite. The adsorbent has high methanol removal capacity and low olefin co-adsorption capacity, as well as low reactivity in an olefin stream. This allows reduced adsorbent loading while maintaining downstream catalyst performance and product quality. The adsorbent comprises a type 3A zeolite comprising less than 5% of a binder and an ion exchange ratio of 30% to 70%. The adsorption process can obtain an outlet methanol content of 1 ppmw or less.
